Hong Kong Eco Tree Hotel recensioner

Right next to Sai Ying Pun subway exit A2, entrance in a small alley but safe and bright. Friendly staff at check-in on 7/F, spacious room, clean, comfy bed and pillows, decent amenities, friendly housekeeping ladies :) great value for money, would recommend. Only suggestion: WiFi can be more stable/ faster :)

Located close to mtr station and highly accessible to central. Pleased with the cleanliness of hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation options and convenience store. The room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They have luggage storage service. It’s pretty good. But the air conditioner has only cool, dry and wind mode. When we stayed there, the weather was cool and we felt cold during the night and got a flu after. And there is no laundry in the hotel.

Great bed and bathtub but no power converter in hotel room, should provide for non european electronics.

It very cleaning and near to the MTR, good location for everything

Booked a family room for 4 nights and I must say the room fits our needs perfectly. The room is spacious with 2 toilets which is a perfect plus. Highly recommend for family with kids. Located next to MTR entrance and tram stop provides accessibility. Nice sea view.

Located conveniently beside subway station for easy reach to prominent shopping malls, etc; abundant local restaurants; bank right across the road

Great location, room was upgraded which was a welcome bonus. Very good space for a HK hotel. Hotel room facilities were also excellent. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Eco Tree Hostel is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is magnificent. It's a 5 minute walk from where the bus A11 (the one that takes you to and from the airport) stops. Great place!

Located conveniently next to tram MTR and bus stops. I was upgraded to the next room category, however that also got me converted from a double bed to two singles, which was not ideal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was well cleaned, but as it was carpeted, some old stains always remain. Nice views of the harbour.

Great hotel in a great location right next to the metro line (2 stations to central), tram. Very spacious and well-equipped rooms, daily cleaning, quiet, I have absolutely no complaints. Right across the street is a beautiful promenade where I recommend watching the sunsets. I spent 6 nights there and my room was on the 17th floor with a sea view. Absolutely great value for money. The biggest thanks to Mr. Tom C T CHEUNG (daily security officer) who took great care of my stay in Hong Kong every day and recommended unique places to visit according to my expectations (beaches, islands, places to go out in the evenings) and each of these places was an absolute hit. Tom speaks excellent English and provides such exceptional customer service that I will gladly return to this hotel in the future thanks to him. He is a man who clearly does his job with great passion. There are many restaurants and grocery stores around. I think everyone will be happy to stay at this hotel. You can of course leave your luggage in the storage room if you have an evening flight (it was my case).

They ran out the single bed room I booked, and asked me to pay extra fee to upgrade. Not cool.

All good except that sometimes house keeping wasn’t completed in morning. Sometimes after 4pm. A bit too late.
