Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s hotels are invited to join fun activities throughout the day at the recreation facilities of the hotels. “Take 5” in the piano-shaped pool or stroll through a lush garden courtyard. Young guests can participate in Recreation Arts & Crafts and make their own handmade Disney crafts, families can meet some of their favorite Disney Friends and so much more.
Children 2 to 12 years of age are invited to enjoy Disney themed activities and games at Storybook Playroom and Nemo's Recreation Reef inside the nearby Hong Kong Disneyland Resort's hotels. Complimentary shuttle service is available between Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong Disneyland Park, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge. Departing every 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day, the shuttle can be picked up in front of the hotel, to the right of the main entrance. Between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, shuttle service can be arranged by contacting the Bell Des k in the main lobby.

Ink and Plate restaurant at Hollywood Hotel Disney Resort not to be missed out- such a great place to meet up happily with friends for a delicious set meal- memorable experience:)

The hotel has beautiful scenery, complete facilities, and the staff are warm and friendly. Staying at a Disney’s hotel allows us to relax completely.

We were only able to check in at 4 PM, even though it was a weekday and clearly low season. The hotel itself feels quite old. The room size was acceptable, but the food options were very limited, and there wasn’t much in terms of service. The only real advantage is the location — it’s very close to Disneyland.
One thing to note: basic amenities like a toothbrush and shaver are chargeable at HKD 40. The staff explained that this is due to government regulations prohibiting hotels from providing certain toiletries for free.

I find it the price is overrated and yet service is very poor. My boy went for swimming I’m requested for bathrobe bt unable to provide immediately. They provide when we don’t need it. I did call them that I will drop by the lobby they told me cannot. So come after 2 hours of waiting.
As a customer I paid a premium price I’m expecting better service. But this room just give Mickey theme that’s all.

Stayed for 3 nights at Hollywood Hotel. We had the Mickey Theme room, it was so cute. Room was clean, water in the bathroom was strong, staff are polite and friendly. However, there were mosquitoes while we walk to see the outdoor swimming pool. Just a 100m walk, we had a few mosquito bites on the legs 😞. Shutter bus to Disneyland was quite frequent, big and comfortable.

Overall, I really impressed about room style and services. The room was very cute, clean, except for the smells from the curtains in the bathroom. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disney park from 6am-1am daily. As a hotel’s guest we can show our keycards to enter in a special lane. I received a birthday gift from the hotel also, so touched. I hope to be back again.

We had a good experience at the hotel; we were able to storage our luggage in the morning before going to the park; staff we friendly and hotel facilities were nice; room was clean and spacious.
