Disney's Hollywood Hotel recensioner

Great trip! Check-in was quick and the room was clean. They also held our bags and put them in our when when the room was ready. They booked us a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. The food in the a-la-cart restaurant was tasty. I only wish they offered complementary shuttle to and from the airport and heated the water in the swimming pool. The price on the buffet restaurant could have also been more affordable.

Great for family with kids!!! Lovely hotel with shuttle services to Disneyland park & MTR station!!! Will defintely be back again!!!

Good for relaxing but coffee disappointed toiletries so cheap they used made our hair so dry n sticky disneyland hotel and explorer hotel is much better

Everything was phenomenal as expected, but a highlight for us was visiting the Avengers themed bar where myself and my family members tried each and every cocktail on the menu. Hung, our server went above and beyond to explain each of the cocktails to us in great detail. Thank you.

Very nice hotel that's located few minutes to Disneyland, have shuttle buses every few minutes. Food also very delicious but expensive

Disney smiles and hospitality on display. Everyone well trained and friendly. A bit on the pricier side but price is transparently displayed for you to choose. Definitely recommended! Modern rooms, great concierge, heated pool, and themed hotel. It is a Disney hotel

Great location, room was spacious enough. Shuttle bus to disneyland available every 10 mins. 15 mins taxi ride to hongkong airport.

Value for money and good stay.

You can roam around the 3 hotels using their bus. You can also access the MTR and park with their free shuttle, around 15mins interval. Though the bus stop is 10mins walk to the park entrance, you can have a no queue park entrance for hotel guest. if its your birthday, disney will give you gift

The room is clean and nice, service is good, the only improvement will be if the hotel could have more restaurants available during night time.

Stayed in mickey room and marvel themed rooms before. Clean and disney themed rooms. The shower water flow is abit weak. Otherwise all good for a nights stay. Friendly service and food has gotten better since disney first operated in Hong Kong. The tapas and cesar salad at The archivist exceeded my expectations. I rather have that instead of buffet. Annual pass holders also get a free non alcoholic drink and some discount.

Expected that bad attitude is rampant in Hong Kong as I have went there multiple times and you need to be accustomed to their culture of bad temperament. Did not expect to experience it in the hotel. While cleanliness was impeccable the amenities are scarce and attitude although better than what you would expect at dim sum restaurant but if compared to other places it would be one of the lower in service standards and quality. The counter staff are easily irritable and visibly showing their dissatisfaction or unhappiness. The retail shops I also experience the same. While the restaurant have good manners and good demeanor but they forgot my order and just made me wait for a long time and I had to stand up to get my drinks on my own. They basically saw me waving and looked back at me and nod but returned to their conversation and just let me wait which I think should not be happening.
