Imperial Hotel recensioner

The room is very different from the photos shown. It looks dirty in person, and it feels more like a small apartment than a hotel. The lobby, however, looks quite presentable. Overall, it's acceptable if you're just looking for a place to rest. The location is good.

Great location, bus from the airport stop just Infront of the hotel very convenient tsim tsa tsui MRT just across the road.. Good surrounding atmosphere walking distance to avenue of star k11 mall and restaurants next to chungking mansion where u can find halal food & groceries. Also money changers great staff Most friendly welcoming and helpful.. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I don’t know why other people leave such negative comments about this hotel.. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Bit old but clean and spacious I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future i definitely stay here again

The hotel’s location is its best feature, right next to Chungking Mansions—great for Indian and Asian travelers, with a bus stop at the entrance. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very small, the AC runs continuously without heating options, and essentials like blankets or slippers must be requested in person as calls to reception go unanswered. Overall, excellent location but basic amenities and service leave much to be desired.

This hotel is very good location. I’got a high floor but the room is too old and plenty of fungus on the wall and celling in room and bathroom. Stay 3days 2 nights, fire alarm is alert 2 times!!

The room is dated and lacks basic hotel necessities. Not well kept, cockroaches, no heating, centralized cold temperature in all rooms and hallways, and the pillows are stiff to my liking - I didn't get a good sleep here. Location is the only thing going for this hotel unfortunately.

Good location and near to MTR and bus stops, K11 Musea and the most famous pan fried buns from Cheung Hing Kee

I’m a senior citizen traveling alone. This was my first time exploring on my own. Glad that Imperial Hotel was close to bus stops and establishments.

Very good location, a little old. Staff is good and able to leave the luggage after checked out.
