Imperial Hotel recensioner

Great location, bus from the airport stop just Infront of the hotel very convenient tsim tsa tsui MRT just across the road.. Good surrounding atmosphere walking distance to avenue of star k11 mall and restaurants next to chungking mansion where u can find halal food & groceries. Also money changers great staff Most friendly welcoming and helpful.. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I don’t know why other people leave such negative comments about this hotel.. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Bit old but clean and spacious I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future i definitely stay here again

DONT STAY HERE !!!! DIRTY, MOULDY, BUGS!!! This hotel room was quite tragic. We hadn’t checked the reviews and shouldve stayed clear. Location is good. The man at the desk was nice and friendly. After that everything is pretty awful. The hotel was very small which is fine as we know to expect that in hong kong. The state of the room was pretty appalling, dirty, mouldy, grimey and damp. The shower head was a bit broken and would just fall off constantly. The bathroom was covered in mould, had no ventilation, the soap dispenser in the shower also fell off and broken after being used once. The bedroom was soooo dirty and just absolutely tragic. we would joke about having to go back to the “dungeon” to change or drop our things. My bed had a small redish stain, on the last night I think i have gotten bitten by bed bugs. I had a shower at night and had no mosquito bites on my body - in the morning i woke up and instantly felt itchy on my body with three big bites down in a line. I have many bites now on my body, all down one side, i didnt have them before sleeping and have been covered up in clothes and with the duvet, they are not mosquitoe bites All of our belongings felt damp in the room, the walls and ceilings were brown, stained and mouldy, you didn’t even want to look around. No fresh towels or bedding or cleaning during your stay. I really recommend finding somewhere else, this place is a very unpleasant experience and bad for your health. The hotel has failed to take any responsibility of the conditions and the bugs. Really appalling. I think Trip should also not allow such conditions to be so falsely advertised on here, hotels with mould, damp and bugs shouldnt be allowed on this app
