Good and tidy.  The pool is closed sadly. Have special discount for guest if dine in hotel restaurants.

Basis amenities but outstanding service from some of the staff especially receptionist Danny. Will definitely come back

A very nice, calm, spacy and comfortable room in a very good location close to a metro station. Very good public communication to some of the city's major attractions. Highly recommended!

A bit off the city centre but the room is big for Hong Kong. Nice swimming pool in the summer.

It’s clean and comfortable. Many public transportation nearly, it’s really a convenient place for accommodation

Good location. Near mtr, quarry bay station, close to the harbour too, can have a walk to see the sun set

I recently stayed at the Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel on 31/12/2024 and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, my stay had several challenges that impacted my overall satisfaction. Since there were no available double bed rooms on the non-smoking floor, I was assigned to a smoking room on 9/F. As a non-smoker, I expected a slight cigarette smell, but the odor in the room was quite heavy. I informed housekeeping to spray air freshener while I was out for dinner, but the smell persisted, and even after checking out, I could still smell it on my clothes. Additionally, the room itself felt outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s, and it is in urgent need of upgrades and maintenance. The decor and furnishings could definitely benefit from a refresh to enhance the guest experience. Another downside was the Wi-Fi connectivity. The signal in my room was poor, making it impossible to download games to my Switch. I found myself having to stand in the corridor just to complete the download, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff were polite and attentive, which made a difference in my stay. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which provided some comfort despite the other issues. In summary, while the Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel has potential with its friendly staff and spacious accommodations, significant improvements are needed in terms of room conditions, maintenance, and amenities.

The harbourfront plaza hotel was very nice..the entrance through the lifts makes me feel like I travel back in old days 😂 but it's nice..our room has a stunning view of harbour I think it's the kowloon side..and the front desk staffs are nice and friendly..I highly recommend this hotel and will book there again 😀 😊

I recently stayed at Harbour Plaza North Point and had a generally pleasant experience. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. There were plenty of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel itself was clean and had a lovely aroma throughout. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the space, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. My room was quite spacious, allowing for comfortable movement. However, I found the bed to be a bit too hard for my liking, which affected my sleep quality. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. When I requested extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. Additionally, I appreciated having access to an iron and ironing board, which made getting ready for my events much easier. Overall, Harbour Plaza North Point provided a solid experience with good amenities and attentive service. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

The hotel is of good location as it is right in front of the MTR station and there is a bus station nearby as well as the monorail. The room is clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and very polite. Our room also got upgraded and the view is very IG worthy. The only improvement I would suggest is that, a socket should be placed near the lavatory as we had a hard time using the water kettle. But overall, this is a nice hotel.

The reception was friendly, and the check-in process was handled smoothly. The room did not disappoint, we got a good view of the harbour. The location is also very convenient, easily accessible to the MRT and Starbucks so that is a plus as well. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it! For additional there was a box for fast checkout 😊

Good location close to North Point MRT (Exit C) and along the tram line to Causeway Bay. We got the renovated room which is nice, but fairly basic and the hotel is aging. Small gym. Nice view of the water in between buildings.

Great hotel and staff, very helpful. Hotel and rooms are old but clean and ok.
