This hotel is one of the best in the city. Spacious rooms, superb view, 5-star feel, 5-minute walk to Jordan MTR station exit B1 with elevator. Cleaning ladies are super nice and patient. Will definitely recommend and come back here.

Loved the location as it’s conveniently located in Nathan road, amenities were very good too and staff are friendly.

Location was good and light through the toilet window was little bit uncoffy when sleeping as a man like to prefer sleeping in the dark

Second stay here. Good for airport bus. Long distance from shopping. Best for family of 4.

The staff embodies the true essence of hospitality, offering solace to a traveler stranded at Hong Kong airport due to the subpar experience provided by a value-deficient airline ( the red H ). This warm and inviting boutique hotel rekindles the holiday spirit with its genuine care and thoughtful touches.

We were surprised with the hotel that the check in was very smooth n fast. Staff are polite. The setup in the hotel is very artistic.

Would like to shout out for the very warm and sweet update of the room this time, much appreciate it! :) I forgot to bring my charger this time and thanks to the staff who stayed in 18/F (on duty) for help, she made sure I had what I wanted and asked me to check if the charger worked before she left my room. To ensure the guest has what they need, this thoughtful action/help is very sweet! Sadly the wooden toothbrush problem still hasn't been solved, this time is even worse... when the wooden toothbrush got wet, it smelled so bad @@... I really hope the purchasing team who purchase this item really use and try them before providing this. Put yourself into someone's shoes. Anyway, I am sure Eaton will always do their best and I will definitely share and recommend whoever coming to visit HK to stay in this pretty chill and friendly hotel. :)

Towels and bed were sparkingly clean. Checkout was a breeze. The room size was tiny.

Friendly stuff, quick check-in. Room: smaller than I expected. The restroom door was a bit transparent and had no lock. We had all the necessary things like soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and paste, safe box, towels, electric adapters, usb cable, tea and coffee, and ice bucket. Room cleaning is very good, very gentle, always refills clean water, and other things. Breakfast has a big variety of choices. Standard europe - eggs, omelets, sausages, bacon and so on; fresh juices, coffee point with barista, chinese kitchen (noodles and so on), serials, fruits, pancakes and many many others. I like this hotel.

Cozy hotel,there is many of authentic foods! The staff was really helpful and friendly! Love the service

Check-in was easy but when taking room key was time consuming because same counter for late check-in. There should be 2 different counters; one for check-in and one for just take room keys. Room was clean. Cleaner was very polite as she would greet us. Location of hotel is very good.

Stayed here several times. Good location near MTR and bus stops. Room nice and clean with 1 free bottle of fresh water provided daily. Food hall downstairs with a good variety. Will come again.
