Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui recensioner

It was my dad’s bday trip. The facility is outdated but staff was nice to allow me check out late although i checked out on time. They also prepared a cake for my dad, which was very nice.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Very very convenience and the location is too close shopping mall 👍 next time I will choose The Hyatt Regency again&again.

Beautiful hotel and very conveniently located. Did not have time to visit the gym or other facilities but assume to be good. Conveniently located next to the subway, but needs to look carefully while still in the station as Google map is not correct and requires you to walk outside. Cafe restaurant was good. There is a bit of a rush hour about 1 hour after the service begins. If you can avoid that then you can enjoy the experience better.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was my birthday that day. The reception didn’t even congratulate me. They couldn’t charge the deposit to my card and demanded cash. I didn’t have enough cash, and while they were figuring out that they couldn’t take the deposit, I had to wait for a long time. I also asked for an upgrade because it was my birthday, but the reception staff completely ignored me and didn’t even say happy birthday. The hotel doesn’t live up to a 5-star standard at all. The towels and bathrobes were old. There is zero customer service.

This a great spot for business. Hotel is pleasant with all the amenities you might need. Great breakfasts d views. Highly recommend. Good deals and reasonable for frequent travelling.

Stayed one night with my girlfriend — the hotel is beautiful and has a great view. They surprised us with a room upgrade and birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was luxurious, breakfast was great, and staff were polite. The rooftop pool had some algae and debris, and the bathroom had a musty smell and a slanted shelf. In the second room, the bathroom felt overly spacious, which made it a bit awkward to use, and there weren’t enough bath mats. Overall, we were happy with the stay and had a memorable experience.

The gentleman at the front desk, who wears black-frame glasses and is of average build, displayed a noticeable lack of patience while assisting me. Though I acknowledge that English may not be his first language, his communication was further hindered by a strong accent and limited fluency, which made the interaction quite challenging. As someone who spent ten years studying in the United States (including graduate school), I found the overall experience unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I kindly request that you review the CCTV footage or conduct an internal investigation into this incident to better understand the situation. While your hotel’s location is convenient, the quality of service has unfortunately fallen short of expectations. As a result, I do not plan to stay here again in the future. For my next visit, I will return to The Langham, Hong Kong, where I have consistently experienced higher standards of hospitality. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve guest experiences in the future.
