W Hong Kong delivers impeccable service with a smile—staff were attentive without being intrusive. The view from our room was breathtaking. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable; steps from the MTR and Kowloon’s buzz. A flawless blend of luxury and convenience. Would absolutely return.

Willy service very good. He took extra effort to give us the recommendation of restaurant and give us good price at late check out.

Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request。

Room with great view. Service is very good and hotel is clean. Hotel prepares kids amenities also and decorate the room for my son’s birthday. The hotel is connecting to Kowloon station. Taxi also available all time at the lobby.

I had a nice stay. The gym was well-equipped, and the view was beautiful!

Excellent W service you would expect. Great amenities. Only downside is the rooms are just a little bit dark with not enough lighting.

Great service, excellent location, the room decoration relatively old but still good. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast especially bakeries and dim sum. Look forward to another stay

Stayed on 18/f with partial harbour view. View’s nice but could hear cars passing by. Am light sleeper so requested upper floors but between 18-36 they gave me 18/f. The room stinks a little like carpet being wet or someone pooped inside or sth, lasted whole stay. The sealant of the shower cubicle clearly was off so when we showered water leaked to vanity area and also leaked to toilet side… not a cheap hotel but the quality of the bedroom is really not up to par. Bed’s comfy though but pillows not. Shower and toilet share one door so when I showered while my partner was doing his business in the toilet he had no door to close~~ interesting design. Front desk is helpful.

I had an amazing stay! I was fortunate to meet the fabulous football team, making this experience truly special—one I had never encountered before. The hotel management team did an outstanding job accommodating both the team and the fans, and I greatly appreciate their hospitality and support. I want to extend a special thanks to Pearl and Rene. Although they weren’t working during my stay, they had prepared everything perfectly, ensuring a comfortable experience with room arrangements, car parking, and welcome gift. I also want to express my gratitude to the front desk staff (whose name I didn’t catch) for upgrading my suite, and to Karis, who provided me with exceptional hospitality. This was an unforgettable experience!
