A good location surrounding with lots of shops & restaurants. Friendly counter staff - Maggie, Alice, Terry, Alan, Ivan, Benny and Coco. Checked in date same as my birthday and hotel has free upgraded my room to a larger room. Such an unforgettable memories. Thanks for the lovely arrangement which has made my day. Toilet glass door a bit hard to pull but still ok for us.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Empire Hotel Kowloon. The room was extremely small and poorly laid out, especially the bathroom, which was very cramped and impractical. The window was tiny, letting in barely any natural light, which made the room feel even more claustrophobic. The furniture and building overall felt old and worn down, clearly in need of renovation. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool — but to our surprise, it was closed for renovation during the peak summer season. This was not communicated clearly in advance, which felt misleading. To make matters worse, the cleanliness in the bathroom was far from acceptable. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its price or rating. We would not stay here again.

Pool is not working! This feature should be delisted temporarily from the listing, not some hidden text somewhere in fine print.

Not a bad hotel, although the interior is tired, you can see from the renovation that it is old. The shower door was leaking and all the water was pouring out on the floor. The view from the window is good.

Amazing! Got upgraded upon check in by Susan at the front desk. Shes super friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean. And the best part aside from the location is the city view from Floor 22🥰.

Great hotel Quarter of the price from last year. Low season they said. Can't say much about the guy at check in But the check out girl is fantastic. I left something at the room She issued me with a temporary card. Grat service No need for adapter Multi plug provided. Down side. $HKD 20 for a tooth brush and no free water provided.

Great to have a room update and the manager at the reception at night is friendly.

Room is comfortable we paid extra for a bit more space the shower pressure was very good. The bed was very comfortable mattress, soft pillows, decent size fridge you get the amenities teas and coffees of jasmine tea and sugar and the powdered creamers. The toilet is clean a little dated. It is rather small Hotel is in a very good location. You can get to most of the shopping centres and eateries and places of interest. I would stay here again

The room was quite big but the hotel is old. Clean and great location. Would be good if the hotel can have water dispensers.

We stayed here for 1 night. It is an old but decent and popular hotel, though the rooms are pretty outdated and cramped. Nevertheless, it was considerably clean, decent water pressure, and very minimal in-room amenities given HK hotels stop providing most of it. The view wasnt great at all but the location was prime for us as it was near eateries and landmarks. The staff were helpful where needed. Overall, it was for one night so we were pleased.
