Great location, just across the street from Tin Hao (天后) station, 15mins walking distance to Causeway Bay (铜锣湾) Times Square and Hysan Mall.
Receptionist are friendly and helpful, and also provide us with decent and clean room, nearby has got many good eateries 餐厅。

Still one of our fave hotels as it is in our old neighbourhood, with great food and amenities nearby. Location is fab as it is near enough to Causeway Bay to walk, and yet on the quieter side. Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, with a view towards Victoria Park.
The beds were comfortable, and wifi was strong. Housekeeping was done daily. Filtered water was available from a machine at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was typically HK/China, in that you bathe while standing in the bathtub. There was some wear and tear here eg loose tap handle but that is easily rectified.
Lifts can be a tad slow at busy times so factor that in if you are in a hurry.

Great location as it is right across Tin Hau MTR and the Tram. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Big and clean rooms. Will stay here again.

My stay at the hotel started with a few hiccups, but I’m genuinely impressed and incredibly grateful for how the team handled the situation. From the moment I raised my concerns, the staff showed genuine care and urgency in addressing everything. A special shoutout to the hotel manager (Nelson), Emily, and to Tim — both were exceptionally attentive, professional, and kind throughout.
What truly stood out to me was how committed they were to ensuring I had a positive experience. Their recovery efforts went above and beyond what I expected. While this is a 4-star hotel, the level of service I received felt every bit like a 5-star VIP experience. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their hospitality, and it made a real difference.
Thank you again for turning things around and making my stay not just comfortable, but memorable. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Wow, the best 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in HK so far! Super clean, efficient and fast check in and out, with great location. Thank you for the free upgrade to premium room at the 36th floor - enjoyed the great view and warm sunshine over coffee ☕️ ☀️ 🌇

Review:
The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, cleanliness was not quite up to standard—there were noticeable balls of dust on the floor, which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay but could improve on housekeeping.
