Rummet luktade fukt och avloppsrör, och det lindrades genom att tända de rökelsepinnar jag själv tog med. Luften i utrymmet är inte frisk och näsan är täppt varje morgon

Mycket allmänt, även om vi vet att rummen i Hong Kong är små. Men personligen är det absoluta pris/prestanda-förhållandet lite lågt, och jag kommer inte att stanna igen. I synnerhet, även om det finns tre hissar, är de för långsamma och för långsamma.

Vid utcheckningen tillhandahöll inte hotellet någon återbetalningskupong, och sa att Ctrip-beställningen skulle tillhandahållas av tredje parts bokningsplattform Ctrip. Jag hade bråttom att hinna med planet, och när jag hade tid att åka tillbaka till Kina upptäckte jag att sidan på Ctrip-appen visade en påminnelse om att hotellet borde tillhandahålla konsumtionskupongen relaterad till fakturan. Hotellet och Ctrip spelar fotboll med varandra, det är verkligen en stor butik som mobbar kunder, en bra plattform och ett bra hotell.

Location is a 4 min walk from MTR station. Room is reasonably spacious and nicely layout. Bathroom are equipped with hooks for changing clothes. Room are well lit. Had a very comfortable stay. Except for the pillow are too soft for my liking.

The hotel should feel ashamed to call themselves a Shangrila hotel group. Room was dark and carpet was very dirty. Bathroom smelled as if toilet was not cleaned for long.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect. About 15 minutes taxi ride from West Kowloon fast station and about 200m from the HKU MTR station. Loads of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The room was stunning and clean. The view is incredible. We stayed on the 26th floor and on the roof there is a beautiful pool and nice gym. Breakfast was delicious. I asked the hotel to provide some extra items to celebrate a special occasion and they were happy to help. Will definitely stay there again.

Just next to Hong Kong University MTR and there are lots of eateries and supermarkets around. The rooms are quite ok given that most rooms in Hongkong are quite small.

Conveniently located just next to HKU MTR station. Hotel looks aged but still well maintained. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Nice pool at the rooftop of the hotel, which offers scenic views. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. Close to tram stop as well, which is good for exploring the CBD area.

The hotel was in a great location, easy MTR access, efficient & can maximize sightseeing time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also provide wooden toothbrush and water dispenser to reduce its environmental impact. Keep up the good work!

Good location near the HKU station. Room is spacious for a hong kong hotel. Nice and comfy, friendly staff as well. Got a nice surprise for our anniversary from the hotel! Highly recommend.

Excellent location for Hong Kong University conference. zlits if small shops around, includiing a bakery to buy bread and cakes. On MTR line. One unresponsive staff but rest were excellent and gave good recommendations

This trip to Hong Kong, my experience of staying at the JEN Hotel was heartwarming. The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation and a cluster of delicious food nearby. It's very convenient whether for shopping or exploring the streets and alleys of Hong Kong. The room is exquisitely decorated, fully equipped, clean and tidy. The comfortable bed allowed me to have a good sleep during the journey. However, due to special circumstances during the trip, I had to check out early. During this period, the hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and enthusiastic service attitude. They not only responded to my needs promptly but also patiently assisted me with the check-out procedures, answered relevant questions in detail, and thoughtfully provided some suggestions for my subsequent journey, which immediately put me at ease and greatly reduced the anxiety caused by the change of itinerary. This special experience made me deeply feel that the JEN Hotel is not only a place to provide accommodation but also a warm support in a strange city. Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will still choose to stay here without hesitation and will also highly recommend it to my friends!
