Good location just 2mins walk from a subway exit, and it’s not expensive given the size of the room. Layout could be better though, I’d rather have a larger bathroom than the kitchenette

Located on a quiet street near the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with many (overpriced/touristy) restaurants around it. About a 5 minute walk from the A-1 exit at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, but almost double walking distance for the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The closest supermarket is a Park n Shop International in a basement on Peking Road. The hotel is quite easy to find with signage and reception on the ground floor. Service is friendly with good English. Two keycards are usually provided per room. Luggage storage is comprehensive and every bag is logged. The building itself is quite narrow - but there are only 3 rooms per floor, so the room sizes are quite decent for Hong Kong standards. Unfortunately it seems that this particular building has been dealing with moisture issues with some time. There was a heavy mould smell in the assigned room, the staff organised a room change the next day but were only able to give a choice between two other rooms with the same type of smell - one with the same amount of smell, and one with less smell but a smaller room. We swapped to the smaller room. To combat the moisture, every room has a dehumidifier included - remember to empty the water when you get there, and check every day, leaving it on when you leave the room. Room was not dirty per se, but many areas could do with a deep clean - mould along the silicone on the sink, around the shower, heavy dust build up in the vents and air conditioner, and bubbling paint on the ceiling. Bed was comfortable though a little smaller than a Queen size mattress. Mini fridge, kettle and microwave are included. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion are quite good. Bathroom water pressure was fine. Overall a good stay, but maybe stay away if you are sensitive to smells. On my next trip I think I'll stay near Wan Chai or North Point (HK Island) instead, where everything is a lot cheaper and less touristy.

Shower facilities needs to improve. Water heater not consistent. Have to adjust constantly when bathing. Location is very good at less than 5 mins walk from the MTR. Service is good.

Small Rooms but Modern. BEST LOCATION with lots of Restaurants nearby. Have direct Access to the Airport using Bus A21 City Flyer jus infront of Bus Stop in ISQUARE Mall Nathan Road.

The room is nice as expected from photo. All is good, I like it, would love to come back. I have no socket plug and the staff also lend me.

Well located, the room was small but enough, plus for the dehumidifiers A little hard to find, just search for the Patagonia store, wich is across the street

The hotel location is in the back of TST and very convenient. The room is decent and clean. It is a bit on the small size but still comfortable enough for 2 people for a short stay. No toothbrushes and toothpaste available. I do like their choices of body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner

Hotel location is very convenient, near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Nearby Hotel has many eateries. The service staffs are friendly. The down point is that no amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, but it's understandable. At least, it should provide drinking water.

Would have rated 0 for cleanliness if I could. Location is ok but that's everything. Bad smell of drain in the room. Very old & terrible cleanliness/hygiene. Was shocked to see blood on the provided towel - only explanation given by the staff is that they outsource the laundry so “these should have been washed”. Why blood then? AVOID!

I start with the positive, hotel location was fantastic, stone throw away from everywhere. Near to train station and many shopping & eateries. Room was OK size. After many experience traveling to Japan, any room sizes are acceptable 😅. Room comes with small pantry. With sink & microwave. Hotel doesn’t provide daily drinking water, and some basic toiletries necessities. Understand that was due to the govt regulations to curb usage of single use plastic. But in my opinion as a service industry, this regulation should not be a reason for a hotel to charge if a guest requires it. There are many ways to provide this instead of single use. They provided shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in a big refillable bottle. But only provide on small lotion for my 3 days of stay. Worse still when I ask for more, I was told to pay extra. Like hello? How does paying for lotion help curb the usage of single use plastic?! Why not provide a big bottle for my 3 days stay? If I paid for 3 nights stay shouldn’t I be entitled to get 1 small tube a day? Since a small tube is only sufficient for my one night stay for 2 person? I hate to say this but obviously this hotel is not prioritizing your comfort during your stay.

Great location, very close to the metro and has restaurants and a few bars on the same street. Hotel is clean and the front desk lady was very welcoming and helpful.
