The room is super small. As always, the hotel looks old. Crowded with cheap tourists. Food options not healthy.

A little far from the city but has near tourist spots. The hallway outside my room smells like there is a leak in the sanitary pipes. No bidet. Nowadays, a bidet is a must. The room is spacious, nice and clean. Thank you for upgrading my room by the way.

Very good hotel for visiting Hong Kong, it's located at Shatin. From the front of the hotel you are one bus stop away from Shatin train station (Shatin Centre) shopping mall. From there you are a few train stops away to Lo Wu station (Shenzhen Railway Station), easy for you when you want to go for a day trip to Shenzhen. There are buses that you could take from the front of hotel that will take you directly to Mong Kok area. Hotel is located next to the Shing Mun river, good running bike path alone this river. The room I reserved is not big, but got everything that I needed. Hotel is non-smoking and the rooms are clean and in good condition. There are a few restaurants inside the hotel, but I prefer the local restaurants 100m away from the hotel. There is a 7/11 store there too. Good nice hotel, will come again next time in HK. I think this place is super good value and the staff serive is amazing

Location is a little out, but is good for those who wants to visit Shenzhen as it is not that far away. Somewhat aged hotel but spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is rather friendly too. Taxis are easily available when needed. There are 2 MTR station nearby but need to walk to one and take a 1 stop bus to the other. Overall is fine if you're quite familiar with public transport in HK. Not recommended if you're new to HK or unfamiliar as location is not quite tourist friendly.

The waitress at the check-in desk had a bad attitude and threw the room card in front of me after check-in instead of handing it over with both hands. The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, there are hairs everywhere on the floor.

The hotel is clean and the hotel room is spacious. But the location is a bit far from Shatin train station. If you are not in rush, you can enjoy the fantastic river view when you walk from the hotel to the train station.

I arrived in early evening of the first day of ***** New Year, the check-in process was fast and the concierge service was good. They acceded to my request for a slightly late check-out the next day. They also had a small gift pouch with 2 cookies for the holiday, which was another nice touch. On the day of check-out, I had to temporarily leave my large luggage with them for a few more hours, the process was fast too. The only issue is the room is showing its age, some wooden panels inside the room have some stain. The bed, floor and bathroom they all seem reasonably clean though. The amenities in the room were also decent, kettle, dryer, dental kit etc. Overall, for a budget price for a stay on LNY day, it was value for money.

I used to often go to the buffet dinner at the Regal Hotel's restaurant, but I didn't realize it is now only open on weekends. The rooms on the 15th floor have been renovated, but they are very small. However, given the price, I can't ask for more. The pool is not open yet, but the gym is the same as before. The restaurant has many options, and you can use Reward money, which is great.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic – right next to a cute little park, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The hotel is also close to a lovely river walk, ideal for an evening stroll, and the bus stops nearby made it so easy to get around the city. One of the best parts was the variety of dining options downstairs. There were so many choices, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal, whether it was a quick snack or a full dinner. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating to all our needs, always friendly and willing to help. They really made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong – great location, comfort, and excellent service!

The location is good as it is near the bus stop. There are some restaurants around the areas as well

I recently stayed and wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience: Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned and had noticeable dust, which was disappointing. Service: I attempted to contact the front desk several times, but my calls went unanswered, which caused inconvenience. Value for Money: Considering the price paid, I did not feel the accommodation offered good value. The experience did not meet my expectations for the cost. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient and well-connected, which was a plus. I believe the hotel could benefit from improvements in cleanliness and customer service. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

The bus stop is in front of the hotel convienient to go anywhere! Mtr is also tho same prices with buses so just go with buses
