Panda Hotel recensioner

The lobby was a bit busy and noisy due to group tourists. Below the hotel is a mall and it offers a wide selection of food plus a supermarket. Right in front of the hotel is the airport bus stop. Front office manager Allison was very help.

Location is very good - hotel inside a shopping complex and many other neighbourhoods shop around - public transport is good very close to two subway station and an airport bus shuttle to T1

A very well located, hands-on hotel in the North downtown Hing Kong. Has a huge galleria with many shops and restaurants. Service is fair, rooms are decent and is overall clean. Hotel offers a free shuttle to key places of the city, which is an awesome plus. Overly Panda theme, which gives a charm.

Panda hotel lives up to its name of being the most convenient hotel. It's an 8 minute walk to their nearest train station and the supermarket at B3 has everything you need. Restaurants and shops were worth it as well.

Very nice and convenient hotel, front desk staffs are nice and helpful, fast check-in at lobby.

Best value stay in HK so far. Big, clean room, dedicated bus stop, no frills customer service, a literal mall below the hotel with a plethora of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in HK.

great values, excellent location close to MTR and Banks , friendly staff

The reception staff was not only professional but genuinely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience—special thanks to Allison, Herman, and Kobe for their exceptional service. My room was not only nice and clean, but having a microwave oven was a fantastic bonus. It really enhanced my stay, allowing me to enjoy meals at my leisure. However, I was disappointed with the lift (on the left) during my stay. The panel lights were all off when going up, and I had to press the floor button again to reach my destination. Then, it stopped on the 8th floor, and the door didn’t open, forcing me to press the floor number again to continue. It felt a bit unsettling, almost like an early Halloween experience! I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. First of all, the room was filthy. There was dust on the furniture, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was far from clean. The towels smelled musty, and there were hairs in the shower that clearly weren’t mine. All in all, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back!

There is an adventure park downstairs in this hotel, which is very convenient for children.

Stayed here for 7nights. They clean the room every 2 days, and didn't give water complimentary, so you have to buy it on Aeon at B3. The room and amenities is good...but there were some stain at towel that we request to change a new one. That was when we know the cleaner take out the trash from the room...and then, the same cleaner came with the new towel we asked. Not the other housekeeping. So we decide to use our own towel...
