Nice hotel with snug rooms which have everything you need including a small bath. We went for happy hour at the bar and the waiter wasn't very friendly and struggled to communicate that we couldn't share the buy one get one free offer. Other than him the staff were very friendly.

The location is good, very close to the MRT station, which makes getting around easy. The nearest convenience store is about a 10 min walk away across the bridge.
The room is a decent size and quite clean. The air conditioning has a slight smell, but it’s bearable. The bathroom feels cramped, if your body size is bigger you might bump into the glass door or wall.
There’s no bottled water provided in the room, you need to buy it from the vending machine near the lift. If you don’t book a harbour view room, your window will face a very close mouldy wall from the building next door, you will get some daylight but no sunlight.

The food was good, and the bathroom was clean. The downsides were that the air conditioning wasn't very strong, and it was a bit far from the subway station, which could be inconvenient in the summer.

A clean hotel with a good view of the city across the river/sea.
The only down side is that if we wanted amenities we have to buy it from a vending machine on the same floor that only accepts Alipay, WeChat and octopus. We are not from the mainland and just arrived in Hong Kong so we cannot buy anything from it. By amenities, I mean stuff like mineral water, toothbrush.
Staff comes to clean everysay at about 10am and room was spacious. Did not get food from the hotel so will not be commenting on that.
The hotel is a bit far from the train station but there is a bus stop about 1 min way in front of the hotel that can take us to the train station. It is also walkable to the nearest ferry terminal, about 10mins walk.

Incredible! The hotel’s newly decorated and quite impressive. My room was very clean with beautiful harbour views. It takes about 5 minutes walk to MTR station. But the hotel didn’t provide me with drinking water(bottle).

The hotel is in a convenient position, close to the ferry pier that connects the island with the city centre. We stayed in the twin room, it is spacious and it is actually renovated compared to the photos on the website. There is for real a view of the harbour, that is simply stunning imo. The only negative aspect is that from a 4 star hotel I expected at least a bottle of water as welcome, but on the other side they provide clients with a range of tea bags. But for the rest it was a really nice experience.
