Arguably the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in.
Lobby is small and messy with luggage scattered all over giving a poor impression on arrival. Hotel is badly maintained with stains and marks. Poor workmanship is evident e.g. sliding bathroom doors cannot open or close properly. Shocking to get towels that were torn with holes and one was badly damaged but mended back for use!
Room cleanliness was extremely poor and you can find dust and dirt at many corners.
WiFi access has limits on number of users which is unusual for most hotels. You have to buy WiFi credits if you need to access WiFi with multiple devices. Amenities were limited and below any basic level provided by most hotels.
Hotel’s saving grace is staff service; they tried their best to offer good service in a poor hotel.

If this is the standard of the IClub hotel brand, it has truly tarnished the brand as well as the Regal Hotel Group, which was a surprise considering it is generally a well regarded Hongkong hotel brand.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
