Nap Hella Inn

Not bad, still ok but we won't try it again , because we wait for an hour just to get inside because of key not functioning and the caretaker just came( from outside the building) to help us .

Great location, near many popular places. But the soundproofing very bad.

Thought we thought we would be in a lockable capsule and we were not! The place was as expected - sharing with lots of people - the pods were nice however the electricity was slightly off and every time you plugged something in the lights would flicker. Amazing location and the bathroom provided toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo ect and even makeup remover - however there were only hand towels provided not bath towels.

The place it seems had never been cleaned before, the showers are accumulating body fluids under the rubber mats inside of the showers, the sinks everything is super dirty, inside the capsules there’s no ventilation and they only put a small fan who barely make wind. Last night the electricity from the capsules went out and we got stuck inside because the door only opens with electricity, we just noticed because my boyfriend wake up overheating and realized everything was off so we start to panic and tried to find a solution to open the door because there’s was not air coming in, so we used a card as an improvised lockpick and could open the lock, over an hour later a staff came in to check and told us this is not the first time it happened. I would not recommend this place.

It’s a great location, we were able to walk absolutely everywhere. The staff are friendly. The lockers are good and the communal table spaces are great. There’s also slippers, a kettle, water filter tap and microwave/fridge. Bathrooms are make/female and are clean, good pressure and hot showers. The bedrooms are cool and have good aircon. The pods are good, but the mattresses are very thin. We stayed here for 5 days and it wasn’t very comfortable. Also, check in wasn’t very easy, it took a long time to get it to work as it didn’t seem to accept our name or booking number.

Location is good just a few steps to MTR. They only provide small towel so better bring your own bath towel. For cleanliness, so-so. Has separate toilet for men and women. They provide disposable toothbrush.
