Nap Hella Inn recensioner

The staff is very sweet and welcoming. The location is also very close to the station. The capsule is just perfect it has dim lights, charging ports, do not disturb signs and it’s super clean. The bathrooms have hair dryers, give you health kit. It’s just perfect. However, to store the luggage you need to what’s app them and pay 55 HKD via the link they sent.

Not bad, still ok but we won't try it again , because we wait for an hour just to get inside because of key not functioning and the caretaker just came( from outside the building) to help us .

Great location, near many popular places. But the soundproofing very bad.

Location is good just a few steps to MTR. They only provide small towel so better bring your own bath towel. For cleanliness, so-so. Has separate toilet for men and women. They provide disposable toothbrush.

The mattress was none existent and was very hard to sleep on, I’ve slept on futon beds before and it was never this bad, the location was great however there was a very distinct smell of urine in the bathrooms and the hallway and it was very off putting to even brush your teeth

Had a picture in my mind of super clean & tidy Japanese style pod hotel…I was disappointed! While the pods themselves were ok, ventilation was poor, so it was very hot plus you were only separated from your fellow pod-dwellers by a curtain! Hardly slept because you could hear heavy snoring all night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but were told to check out next morning…we decided that was the final straw, requested a refund for the 2nd night & made alternative arrangements…not for us, I’m afraid

I think this is one cool model for all the hostels to learn. Not very big slot for each to sleep, but just enough. Well organized. Clean and cozy. What need to be updated, is the cables inside the slot, plug and lighting stuff. And the wooden materials is hard for my knees to withstand when climbing into it.

Ambiance is great, my stay was comfortable. I will choose to stay here again. Location is main city center, many shops and restaurants nearby.

Good cabin for sleep Good shower and easy with self checkin machine

It’s a decent location as it’s close to a metro station. However, the bathroom is small and not so clean. There’s only one toilet and a standing urinal for men. There’s no soft tissues in the toilet and you are left to use the hard tissues, which have given a rash on my bum. Shower towels are like hand towels and even 2 are not enough. I found red dyed hair on my bed, and I don’t think the AC inside the box actually works. I had to keep the door open at nights to avoid sweating. Piece of advice: move the card holder somewhere close to the entrance of the boxes. It’s hard to go up and find the card holder in the dark. I almost fell off as I was climbing up to my bed. I don’t think I’d book again at The Nap. Not a good experience for me. Sorry.

Highly recommended but beds are no goo. Way to hard and firm they need to change the mattresses
