Homy Residence recensioner

I have stayed here before and there are some things I love and some things I hate about this boutique hotel. I love the location, the friendly staff, the size of the rooms and the free coffee. I hate the thin walls, the uncomfortable couch, and the lack of room amenities including power sockets. This last issue is completely unacceptable for a mid tier hotel. There are a total of 4 sockets with 2 in the kitchen, 1 for the television and one for the kettle (no coffee or tea bags offered). In the past they have leant me an adapter but not this time. See pics for proof and note there is nothing near the bed. Also, the toilet didn't flush properly 🤢

Highly recommend for families. we reserved 2 beds room for 2 nights. There are fridge , microwave, stove, kitchennett, sink even scale in the room .Staff speak English and We had a very pleasant stay there. The resident is just 350 metres from MTR STATION in Nathan road. There are many restaurants near the MTR station.

Location: Great. Transportation is accessible. Closest to MTR Yau Ma Tei Station and bus stations. Many food choices within the vicinity. Walking distance to Temple streets night market and Ladies Night Market.  Attractions: walking distance to Harbor city, canton road if you are looking for high end shopping. Service: Great. The staff Benny and Stephen and the Ayi cleaner. I will recommend Homy Residences to my friends.

great stay in hong kong.. well kept studio style stay cation.. good location for transportation, shopping, food & all… good space indeed good sound proof.. got nice sleep.. thanks Homy

Room is bigger than common and clean , hotel already prepared everything we need include iron. stuff is nice and we can borrow their plug adapter without charge. surround by local food and minimart.

I enjoyed the room and the beds were comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were really kind. The bathrooms were wonderfully clean and well designed. There was free wifi which was useful.

服務很熱情，早上10點多到酒店，房間是滿員的，還沒有打掃衞生，讓我們可以先放行李在酒店，在休息室裏稍作休息一下之後，我們就出去玩了，晚上回來之後，前台大爺用很標準的普通話跟我們交流，我們一度以為是內地人，沒想到是本土香港人，跟大爺聊了很久之後我們上樓休息，兩天的住宿體驗很不錯。

非常超預期。非常乾淨，有炊具餐具都很乾凈，有冰箱，冷藏冷凍都可以。床鋪卧具都乾淨，有一次性拖鞋，有洗手液和洗潔精，有浴巾毛巾地巾。洗澡熱水超熱，水壓超大，非常舒服。離尖沙咀，彌敦道到維多利亞港逛街走路一共半小時。離地鐵站，公交站，的士站到很近。出門前後就是廟街，油麻地警署，水果批發市場。非常不錯。房間有很多窗户，空氣清新。最關鍵的是房間面積很大，其實就是一個標準的42平方米左右的一室一廳一衞的房間。能睡一家三口。非常好。

房間挺大的，地理位置也不錯。離廟街夜市近，離地鐵站也不遠。 如果住的時間久，冰箱夠大，廚房大小也不錯。 廁所還有線可以晾衣服。衹是冰箱和廁所的衞生一般，淋浴裏裏有很多黑黴點。但煮飯的地方很乾凈。房間裏其它設施也陳舊。 我當天入住時，給的房卡怎麼都進不去，然後前台又離開了，等了好久也沒見前台回來。我們以為房號寫錯了，試了隔壁的房間可以開。幸虧一開門就看見有褲子在沙發上，不然的話還住進去了。希望工作人員以後𣎴要犯這種錯，有安全問題。

超讚，很好的體驗，房間很大，在這種寸土寸金的地方，這個價格超級合適了，設施也很齊全，前台帥哥超級熱情，給我們免費借用轉換插座，還幫我們指明去哪裡坐幾站巴士，謝謝🙏

雖然前台國語並不是很標準，但是會耐心的拿出小本本讓客户自己填寫他無法理解的字體來詳細的知道客户具體的需求，就是全程都是非常的暖心，然後實際入住的詳情就是與訂房時圖片一模一樣，交通便利，雖然在老城區，但是隔壁三百米步行就是油麻地警署了，周邊許多**上的美食都是步行三到五百米完全能到的，服務態度非常的好！

很好。老闆和善，房間衞生也還行，性價比較高。地點很好，離油麻地警署，油麻地果籃，非常近。離油麻地地鐵站走路五分鐘。旺角走路二十分鐘。佐敦走路十分鐘。
