I admire the room..It was surely clean.The Indonesian helper is very friendly and kind..She clean the room properly..I will recommend this hostel.

First, the location is a great advantage, it is situated right in Kow Loon Nathan road with numerous shops and restaurants and subway stations scattered aroud. Several landmarks, especially, harbor, are in walking distance. Hotel room was super clean! Hot water is available by water heater within ten min. It was silent when I have stayed there, so I think soundproof is quite good. As a conclusion, fair deal for fair price. Besides, this building is truly international, so many nations are there. And is super safety there, guards and locals are watching order very well.

I had booking in this property for my family friends. They have informed me that they love their stay. Room size is just enough. They appreciate the cleanliness of the area including the Comfort Room and the friendly assistance of the Indo staff. Thank you so much! We'll recommend you to others. 😊

The room is clean,big and cold staff was supper nice probably gonna book again next time we enjoyed our stay and love the staff specially the pilipina who assists us to our room and she easy to give us what we need and oir concern......thanks and God bless recommendable

There was a service charge at the hotel that I was unaware of for cleaning (but I did got a fresh towel every day). This is the only reason why I took the overall rating down from excellent to good. Otherwise it was a cheap room, small but adequate, but had a tv (found it a bit difficult to tune it at first), no windows. air conditioning was ok, bathroom was on the bigger side and clean. Staff friendly/helpful. Microwave worked and coffee/sugar provided but no kitchen ( have to wash cups in the bathroom sink). Checkout is earlyish at 10am. All in all a good value money experience.

The customer service is terrible. I do not expect Chung King Mansion bld to be a pool of den sizes with different types of guest house/room names, all managed by the same Rude Indian people. To get there is like hunting a fox in a smelly pea-sized lift that requires hours of queuing to gain access. They are just for money. 💰 I hope Indians get richer and DD****
