The room is very small, but it's OK as a place to sleep while on a long layover in HK. The owner was helpful in finding the place as I was lost when trying to find it. I went to a building with the same name, to the same floor and could not find it. Later by phone the owner met me on the street, directed to the correct building and let me into the inn. There is no breakfast in this location.

I arrived after midnight and the lady was kind enough to wait up for me. If your not familiar with HK it may be challenging to find this place. It's right next to Jordan subway. I'll stay again if I have a late stay in HK again.

於香港來説，算是物美價廉，挺好。距離維多利亞港1500米，樓下就是佐敦地鐵站，坐地鐵去香港島也方便。大廈裏很多家酒店。該店老闆很熱情。滿分好評！

최악중에 최악이다. 이걸 보시는 분들은 제발 절대 가지마시길... 간판도 없고 찾기도 힘들고 겨우 찾아갔더니 방은 최악이고 에어컨은 썩어 문드러져서 냄새나고 화장실에서 샤워는 꿈에서나 가능하고 수건은 걸래를 갔다논거 같았습니다. 묵는동안에 근처 마사지샾에서 마사지받고 거기서 샤워하고 왔네요 ㅠㅠ

我們是隨性旅遊，本來是香港轉一下就去深圳的，結果因為很晚大概近8點到香港，沒買到火車票，衹能在香港再住一晚，原先訂的是這家樓下3-5樓的嘉興賓館，但這棟樓在維修電梯，一共4部電梯結果停了3部，衹有一部在用而且衹到8樓以上，我們的行李有一個是大箱子，而且香港的3樓等於內陸的4樓，我們根本搬不上去，那裡的老闆娘自己幫忙也不行叫人又叫不到，最後她説不行就讓我退吧，我退訂了，她卻不退錢了，我們那時候先想着訂一間房，選了這家，這家是同樓14樓的房間。老闆娘是特別和氣善良的人，她看我們又累又餓，貼心的給我們送了蛋糕和飲料，還升級了房間，還和我們説我們那麼晚入住第二天可以晚點再退房不要緊的。 我這裏要誇一下這裏的老闆娘人好心善看着也顯年輕。所以俗話説像由心生，下面3樓嘉興酒店那個感覺好不容易薅到一單是一單的人，一看面相就很刻薄。其實生意好不好就看對待客人如何態度，將心比心，我們這一晚住好走的時候還特意弄乾凈房間，免得老闆娘收拾房間麻煩。

最為經濟型酒店，房間可以了。老闆特別熱情，有一種賓至如歸的感覺。

環境比較一言難盡，考慮到在香港價格便宜可以接受。

性價比很高，價格不高，居住體驗很好，很滿意

老闆很熱情，服務很好，房間很乾凈
