Svar från boendet: We regret that you had an unsatisfactory stay in our guest house. But I would like to mention the followings:1). We had given you 2 sets of towels when you checked in and had informed you that we only change the towels in alternate days upon your request. Otherwise, we will not go into your room and take away your towels. Hope you can understand that, we don't want any misunderstandings like we entered the room without permission. It happened before with other guests when we tried to do housekeeping, so we are very careful now. Only if you ask for housekeeping, then we will enter the room.2). We only change the bed cover and pillow cases after the guests had check out. All the bed cover and pillow cases are replaced with fresh and clean ones before new guests check in. Please understand that we are a small guest house and we don't charge you hotel prices so we can't follow the hotel services as this will increase costs and we can't provide any competitive pricing.3). As for leaving the luggages, we are most welcome for you to do so. However, we can't control the maintenance schedule of the lifts as this is very important to ensure our guests' safety. But I am sure there is another lift in the building that can reach us without any problems. There could be a long queue waiting which might require your patience.
