Amazing host that is very accommodating, even offered to change rooms! Great location. Walkable distance to victoria harbour, nice supper spots, and nice malls. A lot of nice dim sum places nearby! Metro right next to it.

Last minute booking - managed to snag a family room for myself. Toiletries are available upon request.

Super convenient location, right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, just 20 meters from the MRT. The A21 bus from the airport stops right at the mansion's doorstep, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the Avenue of Stars. Especially, the price is afforable and the room isn't as small as one might think. The only downside is the soundproofing

Good location, near the metro, near museums and the seafront, Aeroexpress to the airport is also near the house. For the price it is a great option, when I forgot my room card in the room, they gave me a spare one right away.

Conveniently located in almost everything you need luxury shops below property, and food at the back of the property is great. Just right place to retreat after a long day of Hongkong activities.

Normal for Hong Kong room is very small. But it's ok cos of the price wise. This hotel is clean. Amenities given is towel, toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle in the room. The water heater for showering is working well and good. Location is fantastic for us as it is very near to MTR exit C. Bus stop to airport A21 is infront of the hotel. Very near to Kowloon Mosque. There's a Halal KFC, about 15mins walked down the pavement in front of the hotel down to Jordan. Can walk to the Avenue of Stars.

I couldn’t find the accommodation at all — the pinned location was completely wrong, and even the locals didn’t know the place. I couldn’t contact anyone, so I had to find a new place to stay. It was the worst experience. How can I get a refund for the money I lost?

The rooms are small but clean. No amenities but drinking water is available for free. For budget travellers, this hostel is highly recommended.

Lovely stay at Francis hotel with my family. Francis goes above and beyond to support you, the checking in process was smooth and he prepared a room with a window as I was travelling with children. The location is very close to the harbour where you can enjoy Hong Kong's beauty and nightlife, loads of shops, restaurants nearby and being a Muslim family right near to the Kohloon Mosque was amazing. The place is near the station so you can travel to anywhere using the MTR. Thank you Francis for an amazing stay.
