Royal Hill Hotel (Family Guest House) recensioner

The hotel was a bit small but I already expected it based on the review from other travelers. What I liked about the hotel is that the owner is very accommodating and they always clean the room every day. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out. The room is also cheap and very accessible from the JORDAN MTR station. Really good finds!

Great location for walking distance with families with young kids. Food was anywhere as soon as you exit the building. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful.

Great place to stay for a night or two during a city break in Hong Kong. Right in the area full of restaurants, shops and easy access to public transport. WiFi works stable and on proper speed. Host allows to keep the luggage afer hours. For this price you get what you pay for.

I love how the location is so easy to find and it's very near to Temple Street and metro station. The room is very neat and tidy. I love how the room is designed, it is well put and everything that you see there has purpose which is very important if you rent a hotel in Hong Kong. The room might be small (of course it's Hong Kong) but it is very cozy! I love how the facilities have lots of windows and well ventilated. I also love uncle's hospitality and willingness to help despite the language barrier. It is truly indeed one of the best budget friendly hotels in Kowloon.

Very friendly and and clean. The room was as small as expected but the managed to still make it comfortable, just normal for Hongkong. Location was close to train station, metro and night market. Many good restaurant and convenience stores just in the same building or across the street.

Unfortunately there was loud tapping from air conditioner all through the night that kept me awake. The toilet also didn't flush. I would actually stay again at the price point and location, but be sure to check for the strange noise first

For a normal standard room this was perfectly located near Temple street for food stalls, 5 minute walk to Jordan MTR and 15-20 minute walk to high speed railway to Mainland China. Room was clean with normal toilet/shower combo. Staff was very polite, spoke good English and check in was relatively quick about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely stay here again in future if travelling by myself.

Terrible. Veey difficult to find. Small. Very small. Couldnt believe room waa so small and basic.

It did the job for a last minute stay for 6 hours over night.

location is the only selling point here. Steps away from shopping and transportation. The room is very small and services are mostly DIY. i.e. you go outside your room to get supply like towels or bathroom tissue.
