Maple Inn(Tsim Sha Tsui Store C2 EXIT)

The WORST service. They tried to SCAM me by offering a room in a different abandoned building that literally looks like a jailhouse, disgusting, and extremely dirty place although I booked a week prior to my arrival. Their excuse was, the rooms were full. That “full” was supposed to include my booking. It was only after I argued with them to either refund me or I’m gonna report to police that they gave me a proper room in their chain inn. Anyways, even if the location is good but not worth the money and definitely not worth the service. I’ll never recommend this Inn to anyone.

The location is very good but you’ll probably spend some time looking for the right entrance and the right elevator. Same same but different! The room I stayed in was tiny, no windows even though they insisted there were two 🤪 The staff spoke no English at all, the walls are thin, you hear everything what’s happening behind them. It was quite clean though, but why would you knock on the door at 10 am to remind that check out time is at 12 pm? Don’t we know that?! If your expectations are quite low, you will be fine there 😆

The space was tight but the location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the Avenue of stars and below you will be the Michelin star street food. Theres a lot of restaurant options also very close to fastfood , and MRT station theres a nearby lung feng also.

This location can’t be beat as it’s literally right off the subway and next to Kowloon Station, in the center of Hong Kong with easy access anywhere you want to go. While the room is smaller, it’s very clean, amenities were included and it’s half the price of most hotels in Hong Kong. The service was excellent, just finding the office was difficult because I went in circles before I found the third floor of block D. I’d highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers as it’s budget friendly and has a prime location.

Berfect place for enjoy HK travel, I was happy enjoyed very comfortable all HK reality. MAYPLE INN id will be vest for your HK travel !

Absolute worst experience. Wasted a few hours of my life going to the reception area only to not find anyone there to check me in. Me and two other people sat waiting for a couple hours for someone to check us in. And there was no one to call.

Over used extremely small untidy … no ventilation elevators substandard I can recommend you find better quality … sure the cost was decent for Hong Kong but you can find better quality I rate this experience as poor and avoid it you’ll be happy you did

It was nicely located, clean and you had all the necessities you needed! we even got an upgrade for free!

Location is unbeatable, near MTR, shops and services. Place itself maybe hard to find if it's your first time in HK. Staff don't speak english which makes it hard to have a conversation. Room itself is very small, open your luggage and that's it there's barely room to walk. Bed is big enough for larger person. Smelled a slight mold. Lastly, woke up to a cockroach running under the bed. :( Sufficient if it's just a single night stay.
