we have a peaceful night sleep... host were accomodating and approacheable... a Pinay Ate is friendly area is safe a lot of cctv cameras in and out ofthe building ..they clean the room everyday...worth the money i will surely refer to my friends...

Location-wise, it is superb. A few steps to the Tsim Sha Tsui station, a few blocks from Avenue of Stars, K11 Mall, BakeHouse TST Branch, and more. The facilities are okay; by the time we stayed here, there were a lot of things going on because of the construction on the building. The room is quite good for 4 people, and every day we get new towels and a neatly made bed every time we go back to the room. It is air-conditioned, and it also has a hot shower and a tabo because there's no bidet. all in all, it was a good experience with this guest house.

This is one of the best place to stay in TST. I will come back!

Couldn’t get any assistance on a refund for the extra days booked . Hectic but anyway it was an alright experience

We were able to check-in earlier and staff were very accommodating.

賓館是民宿，在大廈5樓，房間乾淨整潔，插座自帶轉換，所以不用買轉換頭也可以，整體環境還是很舒服的，相對於香港中心的位置，這個價格以及設施來説真的很棒了，尖沙咀站就在樓下，去哪都很方便，我住的房間靠近路邊，晚上睡覺淺的可能會被吵醒個一兩次，但是玩的累了其實回來倒頭就睡也還好，再一個晚上睡覺總是會有漏風，這幾天風大，晚上冷冷的，得蓋好被子

房間很小，畢竟是寸土寸金的地方，服務態度好，但是設施設備比較簡陋，離維多利亞港很近，周邊吃的選擇比較多

香港寸土寸金，在尖沙咀這樣的位置，同等價位性價比最高。老闆很熱情，房間比較小，但是夠住，適合短期1-2天遊玩居住。房間設備有些老，但是衞生打掃的比較乾淨，也沒有異味。樓下就是尖沙咀地鐵站和k11購物中心，走十分鐘就是維多利亞港，走路去旺角也不遠，邊逛邊走。窗子隔音不太好，因為在鬧市區，晚上有點吵鬧，睡眠好的沒問題！
