Pay-less Guest House A9 recensioner

Unfortunately, I can't rate this hostel because upon check-in we were given a room in another nearby hostel. The staff is nice. I really love Hong Kong and its people.

This is the worst guest house I have ever stayed in. It’s very dirty and noisy. The linen is dusty with some spots, the towel is torn and full of yellow spots. I bet they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest’s stay. It’s located in a very crowded area which is very noisy and hard to find, if not impossible without calling the reception staff which is available on phone only. To enter the room you have to queue up to wait for the narrow elevator. The bathroom is so small that I had to stand on one foot to wash my face. The most disgusting thing is that I found **** on the floor of this rusted bathroom. I don’t recommend this guest house at all. I didn’t get what I paid for. Extremely negative feedback.

Location-wise is actually very good. Room is really small about 4m². Had to wait about an hour to get my room and it wasn't even the room I booked I think. Room I booked was block A but I got the one at the reception block instead. It was actually better though smaller since the elevators here are quite horrible. 2 elevators per block, max 7 pax, one only serves odd floors while the other serves even. Each time one direction only. Block A was always queueing while block D was lesser. This room is only good for really short stay(2-4nights).

Small and basic, if you just need a bed to sleep this is fine if you looking for more then look somewhere else

Pay-Less is located in Building B 7th floor but a sign said check-in is in Building D 12th floor, which is inconvenient. Check-in is actually for Strawberry Guesthouse, not Pay-Less. The walls of the room were dirty with stains. Electricity went out for about 20 minutes before I went to sleep, which caused the room to get hot and interrupted my WiFi phone call. I was locked out of my room twice because of the defective door handle. It took 4 people to try before it was finally opened. The TV didn't work. I had to call the manage's phone number for a towel in the morning because there wasn't one in my room. No one working in the office when I went to check out. The office door was locked so left my key outside. Awful place to stay.

It was the only option at the time, the location is great but the building is very dirty and run down, the room is clean ish but not super clean.

來 會中文的旅客在這邊看好 上面標示是不是有兩個地址 我告訴你 我先去A棟那個 然後到了之後 撥打我第二張照片下面那個電話 不一定要用你的手機撥打 這邊注意嘍 那1棟隨處都有黏在牆壁上的電話，就用那個打就好了 然後用英文告訴他，你要check in 基本上電話有接通，你就成功了 就有一個人會遙遠的慢慢地過來 這邊再給一個最簡單的版本 如果你的手機打不通 請你到A棟（卓匯環球兌換旁邊然後上去借牆上的電話打） 然後就這樣等人過來
