Reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Only complaint is drinking water is only give once per stay.

Very recommend this hotel , location very great, near to Jordan station, famous food are just around like 澳洲牛奶公司 麦记 十八座狗仔粉 佳佳甜品 and etc We brought our baby along and the hotel provide baby cot and still able to open our big luggages Staff are good manners and helpful in guiding us too

Nice stay in the Center of Kowloon. Not far from the Temple Street Night Market and Jordan Subway Station. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants are around the hotel. Check in was quite easy with friendly and helpful staff. The room in the 22nd floor has a great view and was bright enough. The room size was ok, for a couple with 2 people. Everything was clean und the the furniture with a good standard. The rooftop bar on the top of the hotel is not quite big but has a great city view and delicious cocktails.

I love Hotel Madera, it's family-friendly and close to everything, including Michelin star restaurants, MTR stations, and shops. We were given a big room, which was a great plus. Although, we still encountered some problems like: 1. The water from the heater. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the piping or a common problem with Hong Kong's water, as it was yellow in color. It made me worried because my son was enjoying the bathtub and got scared of the water. However, they were able to provide a workaround. 2. The body wash; the large bottle had very little content, and I couldn't squeeze out any. My family isn't used to body wash anyway, so we didn't ask for a refill or a new bottle, we just used the soap we brought during our travel. Overall, it was still a good experience. And maybe, we will still book the same hotel next time. Cheers.

Great location that convenient to access all the highlight spot of Hongkong. Just 2 minutes walk to Jordan station and bus station just infront of the Hotel. Nice services and room really nice! Sure i would love to stay here again and recommended.

Chose this boutique hotel for the first time based on its positive online reviews. I was here for 4 nights in mid January before the ***** New Year. Excellent location & accessibility. Food outlets & supermarkets everywhere! - From Airport: Airport bus A21 stops near the street to Hotel Madera. Alight at the Nathan Hotel stop, walk forward two streets and when you see a pharmacy, look left and you will see Hotel Madera. - To Airport: Take the same A21 bus at the opposite side of the Nathan Hotel. Cross at the nearest pedestrian walkway and the bus stop is in front of Dah Sing Bank. - MTR Jordan station B2 exit is two streets away from Hotel Madera. Takes about 3 minutes if you walk fast (for Singaporeans' reference: Century Square mall to Tampines MRT) - Hotel lobby is ground level and access to room is via key card. Building is not wide so only four rooms on my floor with two very efficient lifts. Never a long wait! - Room is big and fits 2 people comfortably. Regular shaped and well designed with the comforts of a regular hotel: slippers, toothpaste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fridge, safe, iron, hair dryer, weighing machine, bathrobe, clock, desk, stool, chair, lounger, kettle, 4 cans of drink, 1 pack of chips & beverages, and at least 4 electrical points. - Bathroom and bed area is divided by frosted glass, not a wall. Water pressure is strong and the shower head can be detached from the wall for a more comprehensive wash. - Hotel is more than 10 years old so there were some stains on the curtain and carpet but not a big deal to me. - View is of surrounding buildings but these were quite a distance away so people can't see in. - Cleaning is done daily and standard was above average. Do remember to hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door 'cos the housekeeper surprised and shocked me at 6am! - Hotel Madera's rate was good value compared to three other hotels in the Jordan area. More importantly, it fulfilled my request for a room at the end of the corridor. I was quite impressed with Miss Fiona Wong at the Front Desk. On Day 2 morning, I handed her a piece of paper with 3 requests to make my stay more comfortable as it was winter. We didn't exchange a word as she was attending to other guests and we only nodded at each other. In the evening, I returned to a room with extra blanket, a hard pillow and a heater. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return to Hotel Madera during my annual holidays in Hong Kong.

Great location in Hong Kong: close to metro station, shops, restaurants, park and easy to get to tourist spots.

Great stay and staff, room size was quite big, beds are very comfortable. Over all it's good value for the money I paid. Definitely will book this hotel again☺️ One thing I am not quite happy with is no replanish canned water for each day, we have to purchase our bottle water every day😕

Nice hotel with decent room size. Not much to say about facilities apart from gym and a nice roof terrace. Location is great, walking distance from main attractions in Kowloon side

Booking this hotel mainly want to try out the Jacuzzi. However, it was extremely disappointed. first of all, it was a small bathtub, it was extremely loud when turn on. The worst part is it was so dirty after it has been turned on, small particles of God knows what was all over the place. Even despite tried emptying the tube and re-try a few times. Gave up after 4 times, still got all these dirty stuff. Ended up no Jacuzzi

I would suggest this hotel if it’s a good deal on price. Standard price too high for what you get. Rooms very nice, spacious and big for HK standards.

Room is clean and location is super convenient. However our room’s jacuzzi did not work whereas our friend’s did.

Room is big considering the price. Location is good close to many tourist spot. Room is clean. Will surely be back again
