Beautiful and clean hotel. The large clear glass panel is so clean that I can't believe I'm in hkg!!! Good job. Interesting layout vs the norm, I like it. Me Thomas Wong received us. A very helpful and friendly gentleman. Thank you.

Service was great! We asked for a small heater in the booking notes and it was waiting for us in the room! The TV offered Airplay so we could watch our favourite Christmas movie on the big screen. We asked for chopsticks, champagne glasses and ice bucket via the in-room service link and they were delivered in no time! The room was clean and modern and very cozy!

Convenient location. Decent size of bedroom. Clean and generally a pleasure stay.

The room was small but clean. Hotel staff were less than courteous, and seemed to treat Asians poorer than other guests. My friend, a non-Chinese Asian, speaks English, but staff insist on speaking to him in Mandarin, which he does not understand. This is despite the fact that the staff know English. Absolutely horrified by this seemingly deliberate discourtesy.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The first room I was put in had an extremely stained carpet and sofa with some debris. The hotel moved me and provided an upgrade. However when I took a shower there was hair on the wall in this premium room! Again I told the hotel who sent cleaners up but no offer of anything else. Not entirely sure I would stay again - two rooms both unclean!

A very decent hotel with a good location. Clean interior and elegant decor with chic design. Friendly staff and swift check in/out. Overall it is quite satisfactory.

my sincere appreciation to the Hari’s team for returning my ipad and valuables intact that I forgot and left in the safe. After i realized at airport and called The Hari hotel, the hotel personnel team immediately took action and Ebrahim rush to assist in delivery to me at airport at very urgent timeframe. Such integrity personnel are commendable and respected, thank you Hari’s team and Ebrahim! Thank you so much for the extra miles🙏 The Hari have such wonderful team, great room and my stay was really wonderful. My next visit definitely be staying at The Hari hotel.

It’s a nice stay, everyone is very nice and helpful. Room is nice with average amenities. It’s quiet in general but can hear door slamming when other guests are in and out of their room and some shower or flushing noise, but very minor. Housekeeping did a pretty good job too in cleaning and tidying the room. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, not a wide variety and lack of Asian options, but nice ambience at the breakfast area. It is conveniently located in the middle of wan chai, can pretty much walk to the busy tourist district in causeway bay or a 15 mins walk to the convention center and the pier to take the ferry to the Kowloon side. And major transportation to anywhere in Hong Kong is super close by too…. A lot of local restaurants and cafe in close proximity. Overall a very nice boutique hotel for both business or pleasure.

My stay this time is rather short. Only stayed for a night and even arrived and checked in so late, the reception is very much willing to grant my request of a later check out of 1pm the next day instead of the normal 12noon. I always will choose this hotel every time.

We recently stayed at The Hari and had a wonderful experience on all fronts - hotel staff were consistently professional and polite and our room was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed a first-class Sunday brunch at the hotel's in-house Italian restaurants, Lucciola (15% discount for hotel guests was most appreciated!). Food quality was excellent, varied and in just the right quantity. We also had a wonderful view looking down on Lockhart Road with its traditional Hong Kong hustle and bustle. Special mention here to Nick and Bibek who provided superb and professional service throughout our brunch and really helped to make it a memorable experience for us. We would strongly recommend the Hari Hotel and Lucciola Restaurant to other travelers and visitors.

Comfortable stay and location ideal as it is close to causeway bay and wan chai.

Great hotel, great location, clean rooms, awesome bed, friendly staff. The room has everything you need. We were very happy with our vacation.

The room is spacious and huge. Check-in was slightly slower than expected, but I could sit down, so it’s nice. There was a short introduction of the room by the check-in staff. Very friendly. They provided us with free Champaign and tarts. Wonderful. They also provided extra ashtray (we had balcony) and extra Champaign glass for our guest. We didn’t really know how to play music from the Bose though. The shower was a bliss with multiple settings (both rainforest and shower head with multiple settings). Room is spacious and bright.
