We had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

It’s a great stay! Rooms are big enough for the family. Waking up with sea view is amazing the lady in the shuttle bus area is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely going back again to this hotel next time.

The hotel was ok, the shuttle bus was very convenient. But after sale service is not good. We left an item in the room, but when I called the next day to help me to pick it up, the staff was not interested to help.

I wasn’t given the room as the picture. However, still had a Seaview so it’s good. Breakfast was ok and the pool was great

Booked a suite room and expected a room with separating kitchen, bedroom and also a dining table and chairs. But upon arrival, we were issued room 435.
Room turn up to be a deluxe room with tatami (unlike the room i've booked) and it's an open space.
No free bottled water in room. But vending machine is available at lobby. Shuttle bus is quite packed on some hours. Public bus bus-stop are not far from hotel.
I was quite disappointed with one of the guy (front desk) tone when i re-inform them on the room chokage. Stayed for 2 nights and the shower drainage choke EVERY SINGLE TIME one shower. Called front desk for a plumber to check, and we have to leave the room in the morning. Came back thinking it was rectified but to our horror the choke was even worse than the morning. Dailed up front desk and the lady said she will have to check with morning shift colleagues. Then after 30mins of wait, plumber attended to us and exclaimed "again"
Not sure why but even after he clear the choke, the second person still encounter the same issue. So upset not to mention this is a newly renovate hotel

If you want to be out of urban hustle and bustle then this hotel is a perfect place to be. We stayed only a day but we quite enjoyed our stay. They have a restaurant that serves affordable and tasty food. Looking forward to stay for longer period.
