Check in was fast. Room was as expected. Same as photos. The location is okay. They have shuttle or you can use mid level escalator.

I would say that check in was pleasant and effective. I enjoy staying in this hotel during to convenient location, and nice views. I do notice though that some service points need work. Room service was ok. The younger gentleman at the concierge counter needs more training.

Despite it's relatively distant location at the mid-level of Hong Kong Island, the hotel actually has the advantage of it's proximity to the CBD of Hong Kong, the Central District. Very often, I simply took the less than 15 minutes walk downhill to Central. Moreover, the hotel provides it's own shuttle van running between Centre Metro Station, Admiralty, Wanchai Convention Centre and the hotel, which is run with punctual and rigid schedule. Very convenient for me to check in the hotel upon arrival at the HK-Central Airport Metro Station. Regular rooms are not spacious yet but adequate for short term visit. The spacious deluxe rooms which I had stayed twice have marvelous views of the harbour and the skyscrapers of HK's CBD. Room service maids and all working staff are polite and hospitable to help. I also appreciate the Catholic religious services, e. g. the small chapel and the library at 1st floor, and the proximity of the hotel to the Cathedral.

Seriously it was an unpleasant experience, whether it’s out of unfavorable revenue or what reason, the attitude of the hotel has deteriorated. Longyuexuan restaurant ignored their customers, a female waitress with short hair cut in the foyer also ignored us, but to the white people nodding…it’s been really uncomfortable, the hotel's professional training really should be strengthened, we pay the same money and deserve the same service, at least the most basic one

Good day! I was staying at your property from November 16th, 2024 to November 18th, 2024 and I was there for my business trip. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted and checked in very short time. I was given a room on a decent floor, and had a chance to see and enjoy all beauty of Hong Kong. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here. Even though the hotel is quite high up on the mountain, it wasn't a problem for me because the view from the window is worth it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for your excellent hospitality, I can no doubt recommend this hotel!

It is clean and nice, but I have never seen such a small room like that. Everything is so tiny. Even the single beds looked like they were for kids.

I am aware of this hotel for a long time. I need to be at Arbuthnot Road last Friday evening and it was very convenient to walk down via the lane next to the Caritas Cathedral! Originally I was planning to come with my wife . Perhaps next time we will book this hotel again!

The facilities are very clean and serviceable. The location is perfect and so many other amenities are within a short walking distance. I stay here often and will continue to stay when I visit Hong Kong.

Great location if you don’t mind walking down and up a bit to and from the city centre, it’s only a few minutes away on foot. You can take advantage of the escalators lane to come back up. For when you check in and check out, order an uber from and to the train station if you have luggage. Great view of the city and some of the iconic buildings if you pay a little extra for the Deluxe Suite. Gym is only cardio machines. Overall good value for money for Hong Kong standards.

Sometimes not getting what we want is a blessing and I'm glad my request to cancel was declined. Upon arrival the rec eption were extremely helpful and polite and even upgraded us to a lovely suite with an absolutely stunning view! The location is really convenient and the Botanical gardens and zoological park is about 300 metres walk. There is a convenient store nearby as wel as restaurants if you don't wish to dine at the hotel. The swimming pool has an incredible view too! Definitely recommend

Location is excellent and value is great for the location. Room is very small, but bed is comfy. front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel breakfast was good value.
