Very well situated in the city center. Simple but with everything you need. The host was super nice. Recommend

Location is perfect. Room and bathroom is clean. The housekeeper, Alifa, is very accommodating and helpful. My only concern is the double room is too small for 2 people that it's difficult to open your luggage especially if there are 2 bags. Taking a shower is also a challenge due to the small size of the bathroom/toilet.

The hotel is situated at the heart of TST. Near MTR stations, K11, Avenue of Stars and many more. I also appreciate Miss Alifa who always take care of our rooms. Very friendly and a nice person. I will return in September.

Central location close to many sights and great eating spots. Right next to metro. Room was very clean. The doorbell is very disturbing at night time as any time a guest comes to check in once they hit the doorbell it causes a song to ring out throughout the accomdation which woke me up several times; an alternative option should be explored as this occurred after midnight. We had a do not disturb sign on door and staff still entered our room to replace towels. While we appreciate them thinking to replace these, we had the sign up and were a bit annoyed to see that they went against this instead of leaving the new towels outside room or offering us on our return or departure. Asking for a cash deposit is also outdated practice and was a small inconvenience

Very clean room. The size of a room is enough to comfortably stay with two kids. The location is amazing!!
