First time in my life I stayed in this kinda of hotel, price was to expensive, for this kinda of hotel, hotel room was very small and the bathroom was tiny, lighting was not good, bed was comfortable, front desk staffs were also helpful, hotel was is like matches box,you have to get your own 3 plug adapter for mobile charge otherwise you have to pay 20hkd to get adapter from front desk

The hotel location was good and I believe the price was a little higher than what you would expect for this price. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is not convenient at all, with terrible service and small carpeted room. Not to mention there only being one tiny elevator and my room was on the 22nd floor. I arrived very late and didn’t have any cards with me or HK Dollar for the tax, which they stupidly ask separately at the hotel, and not included in the booking itself . They couldn’t change any cash for me, nor were they helpful in assisting. The reception didn’t want to let me go to my room and insisted that I go to find a money changer at almost 11pm at night, knowing full well there weren’t any open. So after a few minutes of telling him that my room is booked and paid for and it’s very late and I need to go to my room now, he finally let me go up. And I agreed to pay in the morning when I get to money changer. During that process I was refused a bottle of water, as I had no cash, again stating that I’d cover it in the morning. He said he can not, the frustrating part is the water was right behind him. By now you can guess that there is no water in the rooms, they didn’t have tooth brushes or slippers or anything you would expect a 4* hotel to have. Honestly I’ve been to 3* hotels way better than this. But to be refused water completely blew my mind, I could go to a store and be given water if I was desperate and had no money. There are way better options and locations for cheaper, which I later came to find out. All in all it was just a lay over stop, but a lot happened during that time. Very disappointed yet happy it was just one night.

Good location , nice place for short stay . Room small but everything you expect for a comfortable night sleep including safe box , kettle , nice bed and pillows and most important clean toilet .

There are bloodstains on the sheets, the room is relatively small, and the cost-effectiveness is high, but hygiene issues need to be noted

thw bed is good size for two, the lights switches are easily control while in bed. The bathroom is a bit small and not much natural light in the room. 10 mins walk to the closest mtr station.

Best location for travelers as you will find out it is so close to all kinds of transportation, including bus, shuttle bus, ferry, tram rail, and subway. Pretty convenient to everywhere in HK. The hotel is in nice style, looks very boutique and decent. Great for one person or two persons travel.

I would not book again.... design is old school and not that near to mrt...

The hotel bed sheet is not clean. There is dirt. There is someone smoking upstairs or downstairs. We smelled smoke at the midnight through the air-con! Disgusting. We called the staff and they said they would come up but no!!! They didn’t. Won’t recommend this

hotel is modern, clean, nice environment, easy for travel and shopping, location is good.

The reason i booked this hotel is very accessible to the office I always visit owned by a friend of mine but I didn't expect the room is very clean, fully carpet, towels are new..I have a good sleep. I highly recommend the receptionist who attended me he was so nice and accommodating.very prompt in responding to inquiries.

Great location right beside the ferry to Shenzhen. We were able to check in early and had a lovely room. I would stay here again as it is within walking distance of the ferry and really close to public bus routes. Also walking distance of the elevator stairs.
