Detta hotell rekommenderas inte om du besöker Hongkong för sightseeing eller turism. Det ligger i ett avlägset, inhemskt område, omgivet av köttmarknader och andra lokala butiker, som ofta skapar obehagliga lukter. Om du letar efter bekvämlighet och en bättre atmosfär skulle hotell längs Nathan Road eller någon annan del av Ramada vara ett mycket bättre val. Rummet saknade vissa grundläggande bekvämligheter – inget gratis dricksvatten och viktiga toalettartiklar som tandborste och tandkräm tillhandahölls inte. Frukosten var mycket enkel och bestod mestadels av enkla kinesiska rätter, vilket kanske inte passar internationella resenärer.

Location not too far from bus and tram stop and north point MTR station. Nearby environtment is fish and meat shop but its clean enough. I book economy room and they gave me harbour view. Incredible. Room is spacious not typical hongkong budget hotel but with bargain price.

Location is wise Rooms are spacious Service are great and very accomodating…. The price is affordable..worth it…

As a first-time traveler to Hong Kong, I had a great experience staying at the Ramada Hotel Grand View. The service was excellent, the location was super convenient, and everything went smoothly. Booking through Trip.com made things even easier. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Is very old. The room was really small and with 2 small windows. No really clean. The swimming pool was closed. They didn’t clean the room, just gave us new towels and that’s it.

I had a very underwhelming experience at Ramada Hong Kong Grand View. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired — housekeeping standards were quite poor. The location was also a major downside. It's situated in a congested street surrounded by numerous meat shops, which can be quite unpleasant, especially for vegetarians. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from most tourist attractions, making commuting time-consuming. The surrounding area felt run-down and didn’t offer a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families or those seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay in Hong Kong.

Unsanitary. Bugs in the cabinets, drawers and on the bed. Not clean.

The hotel itself was okay, nothing too fancy. Serves its purpose. The location was just around the Northpoint area, accessible both to tram and MTR. Cleanliness was just so so.

it's an average because it's old... Near on transportation and restaurants...

Service was excellent, front desk was friendly and helpful, location was excellent, only thing I was disappointed with the amenities not even a small bottle of water, and the room smells very strong chlorine smell.

I don't believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. There are only three elevators, which often become quite crowded. I had to skip a few and wait for a less busy one. Additionally, the swimming pool is currently closed. Being an older building, the water pressure is not very good; I imagine it’s challenging to provide hot water to the higher floors. The air conditioning seems to be malfunctioning, as it blows out cold air instead of heating. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the North Point subway station. There is a 24/7 check-in desk, which I appreciated since I arrived at 4 AM. However, my room was quite cold, so I requested an extra blanket, and they promptly provided one.

Check in was smooth and quick. Was offered a room on level 26, with a view of the harbour. Requested for late check out and was obliged till 1:30pm. Housekeeping service was average. New bath towels were missed out on 1 of the days. Room toiletries are very lacking due to their government 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) policy. However all they are still available for a fee. You can buy from the vending machine at the reception hall. I don't think it is worth a 4-star category although its still good value for money.
