Very new hotel only open 2 years ago, great views from the gym

It’s not worth the price. The room is poorly designed. It wants to be Japanese but lacks functionality. For this price, you can get a better room in this location. The lighting panel is touch screen but takes a long time to turn on and it keeps switching itself on and off. The room is very humid and bathroom doesn’t feel clean. The tv was also broken. The management seems off, when I went to collect my bags there was no one at the concierge. When I went to the reception, it was very slow check in process and when I got there. She had to call to see where the bellboys were. Overall, a bit confusing.

Hotel customer service is good and interiors are very nice but room is very small. Hard to go around even just for 2 persons. Location wise the MTR is not near too, around 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast don’t expect it to be a buffet. Set meal with unli-drinks and bread.

I would recommend AKI to anyone looking for a getaway. The hotel staff are friendly and will help with anything g that you need (special requests are also accepted) the room itself was amazing, it’s not your conventional hotel room. It was clean and well lit. The views are what sells it. Overall I was extremely happy and will be back.
