iclub Sheung Wan Hotel

Anläggningarna är gamla och dåligt underhållna. Toaletten läckte hela tiden, och jag var tvungen att sova och lyssna på ljudet av rinnande vatten på natten. När jag duschade ramlade handtaget på duschmunstycket av så fort jag rörde vid det! Det finns inga näsdukar i rummet, bara toalettpapper; Det finns inget dricksvatten på rummet, och man måste hämta vatten från en kallvattenflaska i lobbyn... Det känns väldigt 60-talslikt.

Den feta manliga personalen vid disken är väldigt oförskämd. Hissen är obekväm. Promenad. Först blev jag tilldelad ett rum som luktade avlopp och cigarettrök, så jag bytte det, men jag hittade insekter i det ombäddade rummet.

Rummet saknade verkligen laddningsuttag för iPhones. Laddningsuttag bör installeras vid sängkanten och toaletten. Det finns för få faciliteter i rummet. Sammantaget är det inte lika bra som samma nivå av 4-stjärniga hotell i USA, och ännu sämre än 3-stjärniga hotell i Japan. Den enda ljuspunkten är att jag inte tog med mig en eluttagsomvandlare, och städpersonalen lånade mig en 👍 Hotell bör erbjuda uthyrning av uttag för att underlätta för internationella resenärer.

Close to the MTR, and there are tons of food options, cafes, and convenience stores around, so it was really easy to get around and find something to eat at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the room felt modern enough for a short stay.

A nice clean and friendly place for a short stay - good amenities and location. Great shower but the bed is a bit too firm. Would stay again.

Pleasant surprise, really liked this hotel. Welcoming and accommodating staff - free luggage storage but was able to check in slightly earlier than specified which saved alot of time and hassle. Lift and corridor decor was pretty looking. Felt really modern Great view in the corner room which was and upgrade HK has UK plugs which threw me as i just came from China Big tv Nice desk to get work done Wardrobe was a bit small but i didnt need to store anything in there Clean bathroom Quiet at night Quick check out at the entrance (card drop)

The location is great in Central that’s ok. The problem is that the price of the rooms in Hong Kong doesn’t follow the quality and the standards are quite low. Have to say that this hotel was the same story. The room was ok but definitely not worth that money. Room was dated, damaged, not fully functional, the service was friendly but not helpful when it comes to some basic stuff. Not good.

Stayed here for 3 nites just before the Chinese New Year. Great location, close to MTR station and tram/buses. Also close to airport bus 11. There are a couple of places to eat near by and minimarts and supermarkets.  Staff at the hotel weee very lovely and helpful. Both front desk and house keeping. The complimentary pastries + tea/coffee + fruit brekkie were simple but good to get the day  started.  Room is of good size and well maintained and comfy. Will come back again if the price is right.

Stunning views of Hong Kong’s residential high-rises. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry terminal to Macau, close to Sheung Wan MTR, and near a bus stop with direct routes to Hong Kong Airport and Ap Lei Chau. The complimentary bread and orange juice breakfast is a real lifesaver for early mornings.
