"Service was very good. We were initially placed in a double room after mentioning we preferred twin beds, but when we asked politely, the front desk attendant immediately changed our room. She was lovely and 5/5 for service. The room was clean on arrival and the beds were neatly made. Amenities were sufficient, although the property seems more geared toward long-term renters than short stays. The area itself is not ideal. There is a noticeable homeless population nearby and not much to do within walking distance. It is also a bit of a walk to reach public transport such as the MTR. We could not figure out how to operate the older window-mounted air conditioner, and the TV/remote did not work during our stay. Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I would not recommend the area, as it felt somewhat dodgy. The hotel also has many rules that are sent in advance — make sure to read them carefully, as there are several policies that may result in fines."

"Highly recommend this place if you’re here for the view! The room is big and comfortable. They don’t provide mineral water (apparently for environmental reasons — according to my Hong Kong friend 😄), but maybe glass bottles could be an option. Breakfast and lunch look really good, though I skipped them this time since they cost around HKD 300+. Will try next time for sure!"

"Hotel and hospitality costs in Hong Kong and Macau can be high, especially during the Chinese ***** New Year. I looked for an affordable hotel that wasn't too far from Hong Kong Disneyland. and Victoria Harbor (north or south side) was okay. I reluctantly chose this hotel because it was far west (Quarry Bay), but the price was in my budget. All staff in the hotel were remarkably professional and polite, and the concierge was awesome. There were ample restaurants and great food, and the subway was just steps away from the hotel. My room was upgraded to the top floor with a harbor view, and many thanks for that. The only drawback was the very quiet location, distant from the bustling areas of Tsim Sha Tsui and Central in Hong Kong. I felt like I was in a ghost town during the New Year at this location. I moved to Tsim Sha Tsui for my last day. My room views were great though."

"We had an excellent stay at this guest house and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the real heartbeat of Hong Kong. The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right in the very center of Tsim Sha Tsui, in the famous Chungking Mansions building. For travelers, the convenience is perfect. Getting here from the airport was a breeze - we took the A21 bus, and the stop is just a couple of minutes' walk away. Furthermore, the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is literally a five-minute walk, connecting you to the entire city in moments. But the true highlight was our hostess. She is the kindest and most caring person! We arrived late at night from the airport, and she made our check-in so smooth and easy. When we were leaving, she did something incredibly thoughtful: she personally came down to see us off and helped us all the way to the elevator with our luggage, so we didn't have to struggle on the stairs. It was such a lovely and personal touch that made us feel truly cared for. Thank you so much! If you want to feel how the locals live and stay in a vibrant, authentic part of Hong Kong with exceptional hospitality, I boldly recommend this place. We will definitely be back on our next trip!"

"Jag bodde i ett familjerum i två nätter, inklusive en frukostbuffé för 3 vuxna. Hotellets läge är mycket bekvämt från Hongkongs flygplats om du reser med flygbuss. Vi tog flygbuss A31 och även om resan tog cirka 35 minuter ligger busshållplatsen precis bredvid hotellet, vilket är bra eftersom vi hade flera bagage. Detsamma kan sägas om vår återresa till flygplatsen. Närmaste MTR-station ligger en rask 10 minuters promenad bort. Själva hotellet är bra utan att vara enastående. Hotellets faciliteter är bra och eftersom det ligger i ett köpcentrum finns det gott om restauranger och shoppingmöjligheter. Rummet vi var i är lite daterat, hade en myskig lukt och i allmänhet i behov av lite kärlek, men annars var det bra. Gymmet är bra, liksom utomhuspoolen. Som hotellets namn antyder är hotellet pandatema och i det finns det många pandadekorationer och gosiga pandor i de gemensamma utrymmena. Frukosten var buffé med en blandning av asiatisk och västerländsk mat och var ganska bra båda morgnarna. Utbudet av varma drycker var extremt begränsat - om du inte gillar kaffe så är det varmt vatten för dig."

"Excellent hotel! Located right in the heart of Central, just 3-5 min away from subway station and also close to the ferries. Amazing views of the city and a very nice room. If we ever visit Hong Kong again, I would stay here again"

"Min första resa till Hongkong sammanföll med midhöstfestivalen, och det etablerade hotellet i Tsim Sha Tsui som jag valde gjorde mig verkligen inte besviken. Hotellet är omgivet av köpcentra, vilket gör shoppingen otroligt bekväm, och även den livliga Temple Street ligger i närheten, vilket gör att du kan uppleva den pulserande lokala atmosfären till fots – dess läge är onekligen fördelaktigt. "Rummets storlek är generös jämfört med andra hotell som jag har bott tidigare i HK. Receptionen kan bli riktigt upptagen under högsäsong kl. 11.00 och 15.00. Tacksam för deras robotexpressutcheckning utan kö. Sammantaget bra erfarenhet med tillgänglighet till Mongkok East MTR och bredvid MOKO köpcentrum. Direkt MTR-station till Luohu om du planerar att besöka Shenzhen. Skulle vara bra om de anser att jag reser med äldre och inte placerar oss på nivå 19 som kräver att vi går upp för trapporna från hiss nivå 18 varje dag. För hektiskt för äldre och mig som bär två bagage."

"The hotel itself is located in a relatively quiet corner of the TST hot spot near the ISquare/Harbour City, it is relatively hard to miss the impressive front door of the black marble looking exteriors. Check-in is Very smooth, cash deposit are required but easily done. For the first time staying of this hotel i’ve requested a higher level room and a quiet corner, which happens to be 11th (top level except roof common area). Room is as advertised ,very spacious and clean looking (typical wear and tears of material aging is expected but doesn’t looks gross). for visitors that enjoys their own balcony view it is better to ask ahead if the room assigned has it, for me although it was a room that didn’t which is fine, but the eye catch is the toilet - bath tub and the shower is separated which allows flexibility for both type of bath time enjoyers too, those whom need longer stays and/or like taking long bath in a tub will enjoy the big tubs, but the overhead ceiling shower is just as great for morning refreshers. bed had its own smaller TV screen with wall mounted extend arms for lazy watching which is great if you’re relaxing while enjoying the Victoria harbour view from the window, but also a living room bigger tv , although the downside is sometimes the remote will controls both units at the same time, so nighttime tv bingeing becareful of volume bursts from a different tv. room air conditioning is room self-controlled - the panel is right next to the main TV so for travelers that is sensitive to temperature differences is a plus, as you don’t have to worry centralized air con streaming cold airs in cooler days or during sleep, you had the control at your own hand. only things that may be worth considering is that the room is wood tiled - occasional cracks from old tiles misaligned can occur when you step on it so if your roommates are light sleepers and prone to awakening from noises, that could be a problem. also while unfortunate as it is during festive times and beyond hotel controls, noise can be excessive if there neighboring room(s) are booked by party goers or occupants had returned drunk. as the hall noise is very auditable. security is standard where after 6pm it requires your room keycards to access lifts and the hotel doors as well. A small but noteworthy point is the gym at 6th floor and their rooftops- technically on the 12th floor, the roof is a fairly open area with a limited but still great view of the Victoria harbour amidst the neibouring buildings that is 2-3 rows away from the harbour side. while not certain is it remained open overnight as long as accessing with keycards, it is great for the city view. however not recommended for people with Fear of heights- as glass barriers are only to waist levels that can be easily lean over. also the rooftops lift indicator is not as visible/auditable while waiting for it arrivals, so if the single lift that can reach the rooftop is out of services it may become unavailable , or if unlucky you might be locked out. overall it is a surprisingly fair price but great accommodation choices, while noise concerns can be servere if you happen to be unlucky when other floor occupants go berserk, but surrounding areas noise is not intense even it is next to Kowloon Park Drive intersection ramp just 1 block away."
