Was 2mins late in checking out so missed out a shuttle service to the airport. A little bit far from the airport.

I stayed there because of the proximity of the airport. The shuttle bus is quite quick and convenient. Room was old and bed didn’t smell well. I put my bag at the door to block it because of my previous experiences traveling - and it was a good decision because when I woke up I found out that the bag was moved and someone tried to get into the room. Overall scary experience - will never go back.

This is a business hotel. The shuttle service comes on time and in 30mins intervals. The room is spacious and clean. the service is ok. some staff are really friendly, some are not. It depends. The only thing we hate is the pillows. all the pillows provided were ridiculously soft. it is as if the pillow case were almost empty. Had a bad neck for my 3 night stay here. other than that, all is good.

This hotel comes with free shuttle to and from the airport. Just wait at platform A9-13 outside of the airport. If ur taking shuttle from the airport watch for shuttle for “Moxy hotel” it will stop at NH Ams Hotel as well. If ur taking shuttle from hotel have to book prior at the receptionist. Hotel was nice the bed was big, room was spacious, theres also kettle.

NHHotel Schiphol Airport, this was my first time staying there for 1 week. I was kindly upgraded to a better room as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly. The hotel inside and out looks amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast every day in the Green room restaurant as it looked like a botanical garden. The food choices were plenty. I loved the hotel shuttle bus service as it was a comfortable 7 minute ride to the airport. A good way to start exploring Amsterdam. The pool and jacuzzi area looked lovely and welcoming but unfortunately it was very busy with other guests and I never got to experience it. Well maybe next time.

The staff are exceptional, very welcoming, helpful and informative. We travelled with our cat and everything went smoothly with their assistance even providing extra airport shuttles. Breakfast had many options and all very high quality. I highly recommend
