Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport recensioner

It’s very close to the metro station where one can easily get to the train to the airport w one stop. The room is good, clean and spacious enough for people need to get the early flight .

Nice. And nearby Hoofddorp Station. Very convenient.

The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the metro station, one stop away from the airport. We are so glad that we chose this airport as we arrived during a cold, windy and rainy night. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Exactly what you need for a good rest after a long flight. However, if you want to use the coffee machine in the morning, test it out when you check in. Ours did not work ! Probably most people don’t use it?!

Very good hotel, with a nice location. Near the Airport with only 1 stop. It is a little far away from Amsterdam central so just check before booking. But the journey is easy by train 30 mi. so not much of a problem.

The bathroom has full of water after shower. The refrigerator had the previous person’s rotten food.

Location is great, close to Hoofddorp train station. Nice breakfast and staff. Close to Schiphol Airport, no shuttle included, but you can easily take the train. Recommend to rent a car to drive around.

The service was very good; check-in was a bit long because there was temporarily just one person attending to a long line (and she didn’t buckle under the pressure). The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Hotel is brilliant located which is 4mins walking to Hoofddorp station . From Hoofddorp the airport is just 5mins and amsterdam central is 20mins . Perfect for tourists who want to explore Amsterdam and live in a peaceful , spacious and beautiful hotel .

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Great value and very tasty food with great portion sizes. Train from the airport to hotel (Hoofddorp) is so fast and easy. It’s literally 10 mins door-to-door. 5 mins airport train station to Hoofddorp station and 5 mins (if that) easy walk from the platform to the hotel lobby. Again, very easy to get to the station to go into Amsterdam centre or elsewhere!

Airport hotel that reminds you of the grey zone in industry areas  Without heating at the room and 5 deg. Outside  The breakfast was nice  But the most positive was we only had to freeze 1 night

I recently stayed at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel features modern amenities, spacious rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the fitness center was well-equipped. However, the location is slightly less convenient, as it is one train station away from the airport. While this is manageable, it may not be ideal for those seeking immediate access to airport facilities. Despite this minor drawback, I highly recommend Novotel for a pleasant stay in Amsterdam.

The room and the hotel was great! The service not so much. The lady at reception was not occupied, the moment we approached she raised her finger and put phone on he ears. Rude? no acknowledgement, no smile. The lady that checked us in did not brief about hotel or facilities, robotic check in, no smile no thank yous. They could do better considering there was nobody else around and it did not look busy at all.
