Air conditioning don’t work in some of their rooms. And a strict no if you are travelling with senior citizens please Staff is untrained in professional don’t know nothing of hospitality and how to speak with guests. If you are unhappy they say we will give discount in your next visit. But I am not mad that I will ever go to Vedam The property is unque but need good management.

BEWARE OF THE MANAGER Staff is pathetic , they say something else tarrif they charge extra … they don’t know how to talk they yell at customer specially I am attaching the manager photo , he harassed me a FEMALE . I want people to know what kind of people they are hiring . No cleaning food is so bad .. breakfast they don’t have options all cold food … bed is so unclean , they have mosquito all over … they are hunger of money only .. customer satisfaction is not their priority… I will police complain about the Manager of misleading me and harassing me … how dare him to shout on a women .. and also apart from that they are hiding face imagine … please don’t visit … don’t waste your money here . Rather visit a reputated property… they don’t have restriction to unmarried couples they are getting intimated openly in the swimming pool … they are promoting this .. Please request you to kindly understand and don’t waste your money here …. You will enjoy nothing .

Though ambience is good but service and foods are pathetic. Manager , appointed for restaurant service is not competent enough to handle large gatherings . Drivers are treated as low grade category creatures. If anyone wants to come make sure everything is going to be good.

The resort is beautiful on the outside,but highly short of staff and maintenance. Even for as basic thing as water bottle one needs to wait for close to 90 mins to get it delivered to your room. skywalk is disfunctional. whole resort has 4 badmintion rackets and one piece of cork to play with ***** with 1 basketball for outdoor sports.swings are broken and breakfast has only vegetarian spread. bonfire requires a two day advance notice for arranging material and person. valet is available sometimes to bring your car from parking. there are 2 street dogs inside the resort.It needs a basic upgrade in service to go premium.

FIR Lodged against the Vedam Resort My wife who was carrying my 11 month old child and also recording video of the conversation with the manager of the resort was also beaten by the BOUNCERS employed by this pathetic resort They install CCTV everywhere but the guests cannot record their behavior on camera. Thanks to the skinny staff in the resort who actually was a decent human being and saved my life from the bullies at the resort. We had booked 4 rooms and instructed ground floor rooms for all. 3 rooms we got at 2.15pm even though during booking we were told that rooms shall be handed over by 12. 1 of the room was on the 1st floor and the stairs were broken. We asked for replacement. I went to see the replacement room and sensed that AC was not working. The skinny staff told me it is working and forced upon me the room. After sometime when cooling did not happen they send electrician multiple times and concluded that AC was faulty. At 7.07 pm we were given another room. In the morning of 13th October we found that the geyser was not working and we called the staff multiple times but nobody came to help us. Finally we took our 11 month old son to our friends room which was very far due to frequent changes for a bath. In my friends room door lock was broken which was fixed at 8.30 pm in the night. When I was confronting the manager with my issues post payment, this was how I was compensated for the harassment by being beaten up by 6-8 BOUNCERS. Anyone going there be ready to be intimated and beaten up and insulted by these GOONS.

had a worst experience we booked this resort they did nt had a courtsy to offer us water staff are so rude they misbehaved badly with us never ever recommend this place very poor service food was served cold place is very dirty .THEY are so rude they will start arguing with you
