I was at Stiftsgården Åkersberg for watching an art exhibition. The environment was amazing, being immersed in the green and having a calm and peaceful place to be able to admire paintings. After that, we took a break at the restaurant. The restaurant has possible quite huge capacity, but we were there in the middle of the afternoon so there was no much action to be seen. When we were there, the restaurant breathed a bit of "70s" in my eyes, for how the kitchen was dislocated and so the coffee/tea to be taken from thermoses. I remember taking a dessert, but not exactly what. One of our friends kids took a pasta, but that seemed very much "swedish". It was a "bolognese" which seemed very sloppily made - but on the other hand, I do not have high expectations on having a proper pasta in a place like this. All together a lovely experience, I would not be able to rate the food any better, but I guess one has to be able to eat a proper meal to judge.
