We stayed at TimberTales for two days and had an amazing time. The place is located in a beautiful nature, surrounded by coffee plantation and lakes. The rain and the sounds of nature was mesmerising and very relaxing at the same time The staff here were very friendly and welcomed us and provided service with genuine smile and care. The reception staff, buggy drivers, staff at bamboo cafe and wellness centre were all amazing and made our stay special and memorable. I would recommend this place highly for anyone interested in spending time in nature and experience eco friendly luxury.

Although I initially faced a few difficulties due to my lack of familiarity with certain procedures, the staff handled everything with great professionalism. They went out of their way to make the check-in process smooth and stress-free, ensuring that no time was wasted on unnecessary formalities or rigid rules. Once settled, our journey at the resort began — and it honestly exceeded every expectation. The villa, the resort grounds, the restaurant, the play areas, and the activities were all beyond description. Timbertales offers such a complete experience that you never feel the need to leave the property to explore elsewhere. It is a world-class resort in every detail. I truly hope one day Timbertales will have a branch in my beloved country, Saudi Arabia — perhaps in Riyadh, AlUla, NEOM, Taif, or Abha — as it would be a perfect fit. To anyone considering a stay: do not hesitate. I am certain you will enjoy every moment, thanks to the wonderful hospitality, professionalism, and kindness of the entire staff.
