Very Good Hotel on a Brilliant location. Friendly and Helpful staff members. The food was very good especially the Breakfast.
I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Amazing service by Akhil & Mohit. They served. Good service . Ambience is good Very pleasant personality. 5 star rating for zodiac restaurant. Food is good and taster . Housekeeping staff is good. Especially chef Manish made good food for me . Thanks fortune team !!

The food was amazing and the service was exceptional and out of the world shout out to Akhil and Mohit who was always on hands and feet ready to help and serve us . The methi chicken was so rich and flavourful, the Kathi roll was like nothing I had ever had and then comes the brownies with ice cream that was cherry on the cake. Overall it was amazing experience

Amazing. Akhil and mohit are amazing staff. Exceptional service. Food was so good amazing gesture.. the legendary actor Irrfan Khan passed away due to a neuroendocrine tum0ur, leaving behind a void in Indian cinema that still feels impossible to fill. Even five years on, his close friend and fellow actor Vipin Sharma continues to carry those memories with warmth and reverence‼️ . . Follow for more:-@filmymantramedia

The ambience and the staff was sooo good manpreet ma’am and akhil sir both served us so well and we all are satisfied with the service. We even had foreign guests with us and they enjoyed to the fullest and experienced the best day by far they’ve been here

Hotel has no room after confirmation over mail. This is happen second time with me and have seen one more with same problem. He has booked through make my trip for two days and after checkin he got know. He can stay for one day only. I also have confirmation for whole month but after two days no room available at the hotel because may be they got better deal and sold the room. This is because of poor management. Spoiling ITC brand name.

The staffs are very friendly ,accommodating ,serves us really well , especially Anirudh our server for the 5 days , we have been staying the place is very clean and food is good .. I like their toilet too its clean and had proper toiletries,I can recommend it .

We went for a family dinner and had a great experience. The ambiance was pleasant, the food was flavorful and well-presented. Special thanks to our server, Manpreet, she was polite, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. Excellent service overall! Highly recommend for both the food and the hospitality !

This is a very nice property.the main motive of writing a review is about the all day dining restaurant Zodiac which is my go to place in my city. best cuisines served over here with a very genuine price.my favourite dish is lasagne and the alfredo pasta is also very delicious it is a good place for an outing with the family the restaurant is quite nice the Ambience is good the staff is very helpful and ever smiling overall it is a very good experience. ITC never disappoints
