Comfortable I like staying here because of the location. Easy to walk to most of the eating places. Clean and the beds sleep very well. Glad they reopened. Parking has improved also.

Last Minute Getaway We love staying here! We arrive and dont have to touch the car unless we want to drive to Max Patch or to the Laural River over the mountain. Everything is within walking distance.

Awesome Stay Fantastic suite in downtown Hot Springs. Very clean and beautifully set up. Very quiet. The kitchen has all you might need. The location is near everything in Hot Springs. We were so happy to see the town coming back from Hurricane Helene. We highly recommend this location.

Comfortable and Cozy! Wonderful stay in Hot Springs as they continue to recover. The property was warm and inviting and the hosts responded quickly to any concerns. They had cute baskets set up for me and my pup with linens and pup supplies! Will definitely stay here again with my next trip to Hot Springs!

Sweet, cozy little spot! We love visiting Hot Springs and the location of the suites can’t be beat. Sarah is extremely friendly & hospitable. You can count on a great nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable. We’ll definitely be returning!!

Post-Helene Come visit Hot Springs! We stayed overnight on our way through during an AT section hike. Clean and very nice accommodations. The town has a lot that is closed, but there is still the Diner, Hillbilly Market, and more. Help their recovery by staying in a great place in the heart of town.
