Reasonable goog rooms for the price you pay. Big rool room with clear valley view. The restaurant nx door offer delicious meals. Don't mind to stay here again for nx visit to Sapa.

I reached the hotel at 1pm and was told that I could only checked in at 2pm. I waited pass 2pm and requested and insisted that I should check in according to the rules of hotel but was told that room not ready. Reception at that time was a woman at first which was completely unhelpful and didn’t care much. After that I was served by a boy. He was helping me to check in at 2:25pm which I managed to enter my room. In the room, I was given to bath towel. One of the towels was unclean and stink . The other towel smell clean and perfume. I want to tell the world that hotel 88 is unethical and unworthy hotel to stay. How can the hotel gave me a complete dirty towel expecting me to use it! Is this sabotage becos I insisted to check in at 2;25pm!!! Is the worse incident I have ever encountered in a hotel stay .

Everything is good. The food is delicious and many choices. Location is strategic. Room was okay. Will stay again here next time.

Good Location near the Tunjungan plaza. One of yhe best affordable accomodation in the middle of city.

Good choice hotel for its location. Walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. Along the roadside walkway, lots of local food shops. Breakfast on 10 floor have wide spread of choices. Will stay again.

Overall, it is certainly value for money. The hotel is located very near to other restaurants and opposite the JW Marriott.

Sesuai budget but overall good

Stayed for 2 nights because it was so comfortable with good price. Nearby Tunjongan Plaza is a plus.

The hotel had a very weird smell. They need to start putting a fresh scent from the lobby until the hallway to the room. As for the room, they should clean the room and change the dehumidifier regularly. It was very frustrating when you were very tired and had to deal with a dirty room. Hope they can improve the service. The hotel has a lot of potential.
