Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Stay was good welcome was amazing by staff name natasia explaining talking was amazing rooms were good and clean shopping was close by all shop are good eating is good I had nice stay bus station is close train station is close bus stop so had nice stay over all ok

The stay was awesome thankyou travelodge for making my experience excellent. Thankyou momta and ashish for helping me to solve car parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Many shops available in high street also train stations is near for travellers.i would definitely come back again.

Hotel is bit inside to find but shopping around is amazing when I booked Travelodge to get it got me difficult but managed with lost of stress and struggle when came on reception ther was this 2 people Dilpreet and Natasia very lovely and sweet made me comfortable and offered me room on top floor the view was breathtaking room were nice but when u open smells bad Dilpreet sprayed air freshener and its was good then overall everything was ok a warm good bye was given on my ckout so I had a good stay

The location is difficult to find it’s right inside next to Asda n Starbucks but got managed on call parking is expensive I loved the way I was explain how to come to the hotel and a warm welcome with smile by Natasia her communication explaining what in hotel which was amazing the bar n restaurant is amazing rooms were ok everything was perfect thank you

I wouldn’t ordinarily write a review but the level of customer service shown by the staff named Darillo from the first minute of our stay until our departure was exceptional and thus deserving of 5 stars. It makes such a difference to experience such professional and friendly service - the hotel clearly has a great team and we look forward to a return visit.
