Premier Inn London Chiswick

Room was extremely cold, had to borrow a heater from a friend who lives in London. We stayed in both room 128 and 127 both rooms were extremely cold and had to get a 2nd quilt of housekeeper. Sleep guarantee not honoured by hotel, got 1 night refunded as on arrival at 3am due to flight delay our 1st room was not ready.

Rooms were comfortable, clean as as expected. However, the heating was malfunctioning so we were transferred to another room. Unfortunately heating here was not working properly either. Temperature outside was ca 3 degrees so heating was needed. Check-in noted the issue and we were asked to contact customer support who already knew of the problem from the hotel noting t on our reservation booking. Offered a complete room cost refund without any quibbles. Case closed.

Firstly I must say the staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for me, however the hotel is very tired and - in my opinion - it needs a refurbishment. Everywhere including the rooms are worn and need updating. The parking is £20 per 24 hours but be careful, I had my car window smashed in and so did another car on same night. Hotel staff it’s not a regular occurrence but the police say it is 🤷🏻‍♀️

Room spacious and comfortable. Parking very simple and reasonable priced. Breakfast was excellent. Gluten free food cooked separately and brought to the table. Staff were really good and helpful. And a special thanks to Sisay for looking after us in the restaurant.

Place is amazing. Price was good. Shower was amazing. Room was amazing. Quietness and easy going atmosphere was amazing. Only minor things would be that the check in was computerized and that meeting a person on greeting for check in is more desirable for me. I think a human would give a more better visual on who's in the building for security reasons. First impressions are always safer. The bedroom carpet needs a good rug doctor experience and the overwhelming smell of smoke in my room from miss behaved previous guests ..maybe a stricter rule for smokers or a more sensitive smoke alarm.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past year. It is located about 15 mins from Chiswick High street & tube. One stop of the best things about this hotel is how quiet it is. Having stayed in many different rooms we have never experienced any external noise at all, rooms are peaceful and most face internally so of course this limits noise issues. We find the hotel room amenities to be good. Clean towels and bedding, although some rooms are a little tired and could do with redecoration but the important things are very clean. The beds are comfortable too. Housekeeping itself can be hit and miss but for the price, often only £50 a night there will be the odd hiccup! Worth noting- You have to tell reception before 12 if you want your room cleaned. We do find the staff to be very helpful. Fanica is often on reception along with some male colleagues and all of them try very hard to deliver a good service. Fanica only this week has been especially helpful in resolving a small issue. Breakfast is convenient and in our experience as long as you eat early offers a full selection that is hot and well presented. Overall- Convenient for stays in Chiswick. Easy to get in & out of London. Clean, comfortable with a good nights sleep . Staff try hard and for the price in the market it would be hard to beat.
