Park Grand Heathrow

It was very pricey not worth staying there. My flight was canceled I asked to extend one more night they put the price up to double it. I just found a better one less expensive.also i didn’t mention the breakfast was so basic and plain.

Nice hotel and nice breakfast and nice and clean room good comfortable

It a nice purpose build hotel, not far from metro station and shopping of Hounslow suburb. It's easy to find and has a parking and taxi drive through at the main entrance. There are light proof curtains, a comfy bed, breakfast downstairs, maids are not walking in if you press the lights, don't disturb . Very attentive staff, dealing with request in a professional and effective manner. Noise from traffic and airplaines is not an issue, however banging doors and thin floors, can keep awake. To central London is about 1 hour, given the demand for hotels around festive season , this hotel offers good value for money.

Bed bugs in room , then got moved into another room with bed bugs . Then got moved into one with out bed bugs . Would like a refund

Great for transmitting through Heathrow, had to catch an early flight so was the perfect stay. Only slight negative is that the interior walls are a bit thin but we were tired so we slept well

The hotel is located roughly 20 minutes to the closest Hounslow underground station, you can take the bus if you want. In front of the hotel you got an authentic Indian family business restaurant- very reasonable price, and home made meals provided. Other things are very closed to the hotel such as e.g., petrol station, fast food restaurant, off-licence small supermarket, pizzeria etc..The hotel member staff and the cleaner lady and the boy are kind, helpful and tranquil. The room size is good, could be a bit bigger though.  The breakfast is simple, very basics, non diary products are NOT available. The breakfast could use to be improved by adding yoghourt or other patisseries rather then mini plain croissants, something with chocolate.  My stay was pleasant, comfy bed, cleanliness of the hotel is very good!  The hotel furnitures outdated, but is not a biggy for me
