Serene Sanctuary - Lake View!

This inviting retreat is a private unit inside a home. You'll have your own private entrance and space (almost like a duplex). It's nestled among towering trees with lake views. Enormous sliding glass doors let in natural light. Step outside onto the spacious front deck where you can breathe in the fresh air and have a drink as the sun sets over the water. 2 miles to Umstead State Park 6 miles to RDU airport 5 miles to Brier Creek's shopping & restaurants 10 miles to Research Triangle Park. The house owner lives in the other side of the house and sometimes uses the front and back decks. There are two dogs in the main area of the home and you may hear them from time to time. There is one thermostat for the house and we will adjust it for you the best we can. The kitchenette has a large microwave that doubles as a convection oven, a toaster oven and a two burner hotplate. There are pots and pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, dishes, and flatware.
