Beautiful & Peaceful The memorial service for my brother was held here and it was beautiful. The owners are wonderful people that made a difficult day something very special. The cabins are nice, clean, each unique and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be returning as a family soon so we can enjoy the beauty of the place.

Weekend get away We loved the cabin! It was so cute and cozy. The property was full of beautiful flowers and the pool was nice and convenient. The owners were very attentive. I highly recommend ordering their food! They will have it in your refrigerator when you arrive.

Great accommodations We enjoyed our stay. The space was very spacious and welcoming. If you are staying on a Sunday, we definitely recommend the buffet at the restaurant!

Short But Sweet After a 2.5 hr drive,we found ourselves at the Ratcliff Recreation Area in Davy Crockett National Forest. My husband and I, both born in Texas,late 40s,finally made it to the forest. After a hike and a picnic lunch, we got to stay in the forest at Grandpappy's cabin. Loved the decor, the huge windows,the old timey radio,beautiful flowers,the big bed,the shower,friendly staff and owner,and surrounding forest. We didn't get to stay for Sunday buffet but had breakfast delivered. Definitely recommend!

Good, clean place to unplug Came out to relax and enjoy nature. Enjoyed bird watching and seeing a huge bullfrog in the Bruce pond. Love the church service and lunch on Sunday.
