酒店服務員把我的葯和袋子扔了，聲稱沒有看到，也是非常無語了。停車需要收費二十美金一天，早餐還行但前台一個女性態度非常不好，不願意再來住第二次了。地理位置還行附近吃的比較多

쇼핑단지, 고급주택가 거리들, 호텔들이 밀집되었고 어느 길이나 도로든 인도든 깨끗 정갈 고급스럽고 우아한 환경에 호텔이 위치했어요. 뮤지엄 밀집 지역으로 가는 교통도 식당 밀집 지역으로 가는 교통도 다 가기 편했어요. 아이가 있어서 퀸 침대 2개 있는 방이어서 좋았고 안락하고 청결하고 우아한 분위기로 아주 편안히 지냈어요. 디테일 집착하는 사람으로서 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔 단정했어요. 조식은 기본 미국식 메뉴지만 정성스럽고 깔끄임라고 맛이 좋았어요. 12시 체크아웃이라 늦잠자고도 조식먹구 씻구 여유로웠고요. 아주 편안하고 편리한 시간 보냈어요.

If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. The ****** who designed the rooms (e.g., room 618) pointed the permanent air vents near the ceiling directly at the head of the bed. As a result, we froze (it's too hot & humid in July to go without all night), air blasted our heads and there was nothing we could do from freezing under the sheet/comforter. We woke up from maybe an hour of sleep with sore throats and headaches. I got up 3x in the wee hours to turn the air off for 30 minutes before it became too hot again, then got up to turn it on and suffer the other way. Management could solve this by simply placing a $5 product from Home Depot to redirect the flow of air. Moreover, the guy at the check-out desk smirked at us when we asked for a refund the next morning. Oh, add $25/day to the quoted price, because parking must be paid separate. AVOID this place like the plague. Horribly designed and managed. You won't sleep and you'll leave sick. Unreal.

The check in experience was fine. This is a pretty bare bones hotel, but was downright skeletal during my three day stay. There was on only one working elevator and inadequate staff to take care of customers. On the third night, they shut the water off from 10 PM to 2 AM, so that's a real bummer when getting ready for bed. They lock down the front door at 10 PM and you can't even use your room key to get in. The front desk will buzz you in (in theory) but be prepared to wait for them to get around to it. They say it's for security, but the back door is wide open, and shouldn't the room key be good enough? What happens at the front door that we can't come and go as we please? My coworker was 2 floors down from me, and the room next to him looked fine the first day, but on days 2-3 there was plastic covering the door and they said they couldn't tell him what happened. Also, it's right next door to a gigantic gentleman's club. Fine if you're into that, but just be aware. (Might explain the weird front door situation.) I wouldn't bring a child here due to that and the general sketchy vibes. They just didn't seem to care at all that this isn't a comfortable, welcoming environment. I don't expect a lot from a Hilton Garden Inn, but this was way below my expectations.

If it were possible to leave a zero star review of this particular property I would do so. I did not actually stay at the hotel - this review is related to the terrible service I received regarding my reservation and attempted check-in. First, let me note that we are Hilton Diamond members, so we only stay at Hilton properties and we are frequent travelers... I had a reservation booked for June 5-9 for two connecting rooms. I have a copy of the CONFIRMED reservation for guaranteed connecting rooms, and I should note, we selected this particular hotel as they showed guaranteed connections as an option. When I attempted to check in to my rooms via the app the rooms were not connected or even located next door to each other. I called the hotel directly and no one would answer the phone. I then called Hilton, spoke to a customer service agent who ALSO confirmed that my reservation was confirmed for guaranteed connecting rooms. The agent attempted to call the hotel (while I sat on hold for 20+ minutes because no one would answer his call either). When he finally got someone on the phone they argued that our reservation was not for connecting rooms and informed him there were no connecting rooms available. I was ultimately transferred to a couple of different agents and then finally connected directly to the hotel. The person I spoke to (night manager/desk person on the night of June 5th) was the rudest Hilton employee I have ever dealt with. She informed me that there were no connecting rooms available and then proceeded to argue with me that I didn't have a reservation for connections. I offered to send her the reservation confirmation as proof. She ignored me. She said she could put us in rooms that were "close" to each other - I told her that was not an acceptable option as we had children travelling with us that could not be in a hotel room by themselves. I asked if she could at least correct the issue and reassign us to connecting rooms starting the following day and for the rest of our stay. Her response was that she didn't know if that was available and couldn't confirm it because she "didn't know who was working the next day". I then told her to cancel one of our rooms and put us all in a single room with 2 beds plus a rollaway bed. It was at that point that the employee got rather nasty (and even more unhelpful than she already was) and informed me that she would not be taking any "demands" from me, started acting like she couldn't hear me any more (sarcastically saying "Hello? Hello"? Oh, I guess you aren't there?") and then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. This was all happening at approximately 10pm. I was left with nowhere to stay for myself/my family that night and had to scramble to find a new hotel. The entire failure of the reservation and then the way the hotel employee dealt with the situation was utterly unacceptable. I stayed one night this week on a last-minute reservation. I booked online for a "park and stay" rate. I hadn't been to this hotel before. I am wary of multi-level parking garages from a security standpoint so I was glad to be able to get a space outside near the front of the building. I could actually see my car from my room window. On checkout, though, the hotel tried to charge me $20.00 for parking. That charge was removed when I objected. The stay was good overall, but there were a few issues. Only one of the 2 elevators was working, so that caused some wait time. The room was good, although the chairs looked on the worn side. Good bathroom with shower pressure and instantly-hot water. Functioning mini-fridge. Microwave probably needs service, it sparked and overheated (this was room 712). Excellent blackout curtains. Limited TV channel choices. The hotel is located next to a ***** club if that bothers you. I didn't try the food or the bar, but both are available. For one night, the stay was fine.

Nice hotel but no lighting in room.. There was one lamp on left side bed table. No desk lamp, no right bed lamp, no floor lamp by chair. If you are needing to do paperwork such as I, you are out of luck. It’s looks like the lamps were all removed from this room . I called front desk and inquired and was told she thinks only one lamp per room. Shocking, absurd and ridiculous.

Location is good, really close to the Galleria BUT next to the Men’s Club!! Parking o. The back is barely enough for hotel guest. Pool is small and gets crowded. Funky smell on level 8 hallway and the rooms have carpet… Bathroom is small and the layout makes the room feel dark,
